Meal subscription services · Digital marketing

Spend where a trial turns into a plan that lasts, and stop where it does not.

Digital marketing for a meal subscription service covers search, maps, paid ads, social posts, the website and WhatsApp as one route from stranger to subscriber. GullySales works on which channels earn trials that become plans, using your own records as the guide.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For meal subscription services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channel that brings trials may not bring plans”

One source sends a stream of cheap trials that lapse at the first renewal, while another sends fewer who stay. Reading only the trial count rewards the wrong channel.

  • “Reach is capped by the kitchen and the riders”

A campaign that fills more trials than the kitchen can pack or the riders can deliver on time creates late boxes. Marketing has to follow capacity, not run ahead of it.

  • “Each plan has its own route”

Office workers arrive through search and HR contacts, new mothers through family recommendations, gym members through coaches. A single budget split evenly misses all of them.

  • “Retention is part of marketing here”

A plan that stops in the fourth week costs the acquisition spend again. Renewal reminders, pause routines and exit questions belong in the marketing plan, not outside it.

What we do

What we deliver for meal subscription services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan built from your records

Which sources brought trials, which became plans and which plans stayed, set out to decide where effort goes.

Result: A one-page view of source, trials, plans and plans still running.

  2. Campaigns for each plan and area

Search, map and Meta campaigns aimed at the pin codes and societies you serve, each leading to its plan page.

Result: Each campaign names its plan, its area and its landing page.

  3. Capacity-aware budgets

Spend raised or lowered against the boxes the kitchen can pack and the delivery slots still open.

Result: Campaign spend follows the kitchen's available capacity.

  4. Tracking from first click to renewal

Source recorded on every enquiry and carried through trial, plan and renewal in the subscriber list.

Result: You can trace a subscriber back to the source.

  5. A review against the baseline

Trials, plans, renewals and cost per plan started compared with the figures recorded before the work.

Result: A sheet that sets each period beside the starting baseline.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small kitchen spend first?
On the map listing, a search campaign for the plan you most want to fill and the follow-up after a trial. Those three sit closest to a buyer ready to try the food.
Is it better to run ads or build organic reach?
Both have a job. Ads fill trial slots when the kitchen has room, and organic content builds the trust that makes the trial convert. We weigh each against your records.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
When trials from a source become plans that last past the third week. Clicks and followers are signs of activity, but plans that renew are the sign that the work paid.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
