Tiffin services · Search engine optimisation

Appear when someone searches for tiffin near the college gate or the office park.

SEO for a tiffin service is the work of making your page and listing match how people type their need, which is tiffin plus a landmark, a locality or a food style. GullySales works on the wording, the page structure and the service area, so a search finds the real kitchen.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For tiffin services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “People search by landmark, not by city”

Nobody types the city name alone. A new joiner types tiffin near the metro station, tiffin for the IT park, or home food near the college. Pages that name the lanes and landmarks you serve match those words far better than a general page about meals.

  • “Food style is a search of its own”

A Jain family, a Bengali PG resident and a person who wants low-oil meals each search differently. A page that says what you cook, in the words the buyer uses at home, is found by that buyer. A page that says only home food is found by nobody in particular.

  • “One page cannot serve every locality”

A kitchen that delivers to several areas is tempted to list them all on a single page. Search engines read that as vague. Separate, honest pages for the localities you really reach, each with its own details, serve the searcher better.

  • “A page that lists rates and plans answers the real question”

The searcher wants to know the plan, the cost of a trial and whether the menu repeats. If the page hides these, the visitor goes back to results. Clear plan details keep the visitor reading and then messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for tiffin services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search wording list

The phrases buyers use for tiffin in your area, with landmarks, localities and food styles, written down before any page is changed.

Result: A list of search phrases mapped to the pages that should answer them.

  2. Locality pages

One page for each area you truly deliver to, with menu, plan details and a map of the delivery lanes.

Result: Each served locality has its own page you can open and read.

  3. Menu and plan page

A page showing the week's menu style, plan options, trial meals and festival-day notes.

Result: The plan details match what you say on the phone.

  4. Page titles and descriptions

Titles that name the service, the food style and the area, written for the searcher rather than for a machine.

Result: Every page title names tiffin and the place it serves.

  5. Photograph and wording check

Real photographs of the kitchen and boxes, with descriptions that say what the picture shows.

Result: No stock pictures anywhere on the pages.

  6. A search-visit tracker

A simple record of which pages bring visitors and which phrases they used before messaging.

Result: A short list of phrases that led to a message.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a website to appear in search?
A listing on the map helps more at the start. A website adds room for plan details and locality pages, which a listing cannot hold. The two should say the same thing.
Will search results change my customer list?
Nobody can promise a position in results. We improve how clearly your pages say what you cook and where you deliver, and you check enquiries by source to see what is working.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
