Garment wholesalers · Social media

Post each design once, with ratio and price, where retailers and resellers already look.

Social media marketing for a garment wholesaler means showing designs to shopkeepers and resellers in a form they can order from, on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp channels. GullySales works on what each post carries, who it is for and how an enquiry is recorded.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For garment wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A reel without the rate earns only admiration”

A resellers' scroll fills with beautiful garments. A reel that shows the design but leaves out set price, ratio and minimum sends the viewer to the comments to ask, and the answer is lost in a thread. The price panel belongs in the post.

  • “Shops and resellers follow different accounts”

A boutique owner follows trade pages and looks for new ranges. A reseller follows several wholesalers for bundles. One account trying to speak to both mixes retail-looking posts with trade posts and satisfies neither. Separating the posting style by audience keeps the page clear, and each viewer sees the offer meant for them.

  • “Comments and direct messages hold orders no one logs”

Enquiries arrive as comments, story replies and direct messages. If the person replying has no common sheet, the same buyer is asked the same question twice, and a booking is missed. A single capture routine moves each enquiry into the register.

  • “Behind-the-scenes content builds trust with distant shops”

A retailer who cannot visit wants proof that stock exists. Short clips of packing, stock shelves and dispatch show the operation is real. These posts support the trade message without any claim about results, and they give the account something to show between design drops.

What we do

What we deliver for garment wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting format for designs

A fixed layout that carries design, fabric, set price, ratio and minimum in every post.

Result: Every design post shows the same details in the same place.

  2. Separate content for shops and resellers

Two post styles, one for season ranges and one for bundles, each with its own call to action.

Result: You can tell at a glance which post is meant for which buyer.

  3. An enquiry capture routine

A short rule for moving comments and messages into the buyer register with the design asked about.

Result: No enquiry stays only in a message thread.

  4. A stock and packing story set

Planned clips of shelves, packing and dispatch that a distant retailer can trust.

Result: The account shows the working side of the business.

  5. Platform rule check

A review of the platforms' current rules on business accounts, links and promotions.

Result: You know what the accounts may and may not post.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these garment wholesalers.

  • Multi-brand clothing retailers in towns and city markets
  • Boutiques and women's wear shops that buy by the design
  • Kidswear shops and baby-wear sellers
  • Instagram, Meesho and WhatsApp resellers who buy small mixed lots
  • Men's wear shops that stock shirts, trousers and ethnic wear
  • School and workwear uniform suppliers
  • Wedding and festive wear shops that book early
  • Stockists and sub-wholesalers in smaller towns

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How frequently should we post?
Post at a pace your team can sustain with correct ratio and price on every design. A smaller number of complete posts beats a stream of photos without details. GullySales sets the format and a posting plan your staff can keep.
Is Instagram better than Facebook for us?
It depends on who buys. Resellers and boutiques are on Instagram, while older shop owners in towns may sit on Facebook or WhatsApp. Ask your recent bookings where they found you, then put effort where those buyers are.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
