Textile wholesalers · Website

Build a site where a buyer finds the fabric, checks the width and asks for a swatch.

A website for a textile wholesaler is a catalogue-led site that shows fabrics, widths and minimum lots and takes swatch requests. It gives a buyer outside your market a way to judge you. GullySales plans the pages, the form and the structure, and writes the fabric text with you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For textile wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer from another town cannot visit first”

A retailer in a distant town wants proof you are a real counter before sending money. A site with the market address, shop photographs, fabric detail and a way to ask for a swatch gives that proof.

  • “A PDF catalogue hides what the buyer wants”

A large file on a phone loads slowly and cannot be searched. Fabric details typed into pages open on a phone and can be found by search. The PDF can stay as a download, not as the site.

  • “The swatch form decides the site's value”

A form that asks for a name, quality, use, city and delivery address turns a visit into a lead. A form with ten fields loses the buyer. Keep it short and send the entry to the register.

  • “Rates change but pages should not”

A site that carries rates needs rewriting each time they move. Pages built around fabric detail and a request-for-rate button stay correct longer and keep the conversation with a person.

What we do

What we deliver for textile wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site map by fabric and buyer

A plan of pages by fabric family and by buyer type, with a clear route to the swatch form.

Result: Every page leads somewhere useful.

  2. Fabric pages

Text-based pages with name, width, composition, colours, minimum lot and care notes.

Result: A buyer reads the width without opening a file.

  3. Swatch and rate request form

A short form that sends the entry to your phone and the register.

Result: Each submission arrives with the quality and city filled in.

  4. Trust page

A page with the market address, the counter photographs, the years you have traded if you wish to state them, and how to reach you.

Result: A new buyer can see that the counter exists.

  5. Phone-first layout

Pages checked on small screens and slow connections, with call and WhatsApp buttons.

Result: The site works on the phones your buyers use.

  6. Hosting and ownership note

A plain record of where the site lives, who owns the domain and who can change the pages.

Result: You can find the login and domain details when you need them.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these textile wholesalers.

  • Garment manufacturers and stitching units that buy by the roll
  • Boutiques and designers who buy small lots in many colours
  • Tailors and tailoring shops in towns and city markets
  • Saree and dress-material retailers
  • Uniform makers who supply schools and companies
  • Home furnishing makers who need curtain and upholstery cloth
  • Export houses and merchandisers who buy for orders
  • Agents and brokers who place orders for several buyers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need an online store?
Not for a wholesale counter that sells by enquiry. Buyers want to ask about rate, lot size and credit, which a cart does not handle well. A request-led catalogue fits better. If you later want an order page for repeat items, we can add it.
Can we put our rates and credit terms on the site?
We suggest leaving them off. Rates move, and credit depends on the buyer. The site invites the request, and your team replies with terms suited to that buyer.
Who updates the site when new fabric arrives?
Your team can, using a simple page template that we set up. We keep the process short enough that adding a fabric takes a few minutes, and we are available to help if it gets stuck.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
