Third-party logistics companies · Website

Build a website that answers a founder's questions before the first call.

A website for a third-party logistics company is the place a brand founder checks what you handle, how stock is reported and whether you suit their products, before asking for a quote. GullySales works on the structure, pages and request form that turn that visit into a rate request with volumes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Third-party logistics companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Client contracts and rate cards. Hold each client’s rates by service, lane, pallet, carton, trip or tonne, with validity dates and special terms, so every booking is priced from the contract it falls under.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For third-party logistics companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The founder checks the site before replying to anyone”

A shortlisted 3PL gets looked up. If the site lists vague services and a stock photo of a lorry, the founder moves to the next name. Clear pages on client types and process hold attention.

  • “A contact form that asks too little wastes the visit”

A form with name and message gives you a rate request you cannot price. Asking for SKU count, pallets, order lines and pin codes, and saying why, turns a visit into something workable.

  • “Proof has to survive confidentiality”

You cannot name the clients who asked for privacy. Describe the setup by client type, show the process and offer a referee who has agreed, so the buyer sees evidence without a competitor seeing a name.

  • “Mobile is where the first look happens”

Founders open links on a phone between meetings. Tables of rates and wide forms break on a small screen, so a page that reads cleanly on mobile decides whether the request gets sent.

What we do

What we deliver for third-party logistics companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by client type and service

A plan of pages for D2C, FMCG, electronics, pharma, plus fulfilment, storage, returns and transport.

Result: Each page has one reader and one purpose.

  2. Location pages for each warehouse

A page for every site with area, pin codes served, client types handled and a visit booking route.

Result: A buyer finds the site that matches their market.

  3. A volume request form

A short form for SKU count, pallets, order lines, pin codes, return rates and peak months, with a line on why each is asked.

Result: Requests arrive with numbers you can price.

  4. A page on process and reports

A plain account of receiving, counting, picking, dispatch, returns and the stock report a client sees.

Result: The buyer reads how stock is controlled.

  5. Speed and mobile checks

A test of loading time and display on common phones, with faults listed and fixed.

Result: The site opens and reads cleanly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our warehouse photographs?
Yes, showing process and space, with client labels and stock hidden. Get written agreement before any client's goods appear.
Do we need a client login on the website?
Only if clients will use it for stock visibility. That depends on your warehouse system, so settle the sales site first and add a login when the system is ready.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
