Medical equipment distributors · Search engine optimisation

Appear when a doctor searches for the machine, the brand and the service.

SEO for a medical equipment distributor means being found for the machine names, brand names, room-planning questions and servicing queries that a doctor or purchase officer types. GullySales works on page structure, the wording of each machine page and the technical basics that let search engines read the site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Surgical and medical supplies distributors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Lot and expiry on every line. Record lot, expiry and pack size on the purchase, delivery note and invoice, and pick the shortest-dated lot first unless a buyer asks for a particular one.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For medical equipment distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Doctors search by machine and administrators search by supplier”

A radiologist types the model of a probe. A purchase officer types authorised dealer with a city name. One page cannot serve both, so the site needs a machine page for the first reader and a distributor page listing brands and regions for the second.

  • “Pasted product-sheet text adds nothing”

Copying the manufacturer's specification gives search engines the same words that sit on every other dealer's site. Original text about room needs, installation, consumables and service, written with your engineers, gives your page a reason to be shown.

  • “Service and spares searches come from owners”

A technician whose machine has stopped searches for the part or the error message. Pages that answer this and explain how to book service reach owners today and put your name in front of them when a replacement is planned.

What we do

What we deliver for medical equipment distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Machine and brand page structure

A plan of which machines and brands get pages, with titles and headings that match how the doctor searches.

Result: A page list mapped to the searches each page should answer.

  2. Original machine page text

Text written with your engineers on what the room needs, what installation involves and what comes with the machine.

Result: Each page holds wording that is absent from the manufacturer's sheet.

  3. Technical clean-up

Phone-friendly loading, readable page addresses, a sitemap, and brochures published as pages as well as files.

Result: Search engines can read every machine page and brochure.

  4. Service and spares pages

Pages for annual maintenance contracts, spare parts and breakdown booking.

Result: An owner with a stopped machine finds a way to reach your service desk.

  5. Search tracking set-up

Tracking of which searches bring visits and which pages lead to enquiries.

Result: You can read search visits against enquiries received.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these medical equipment distributors.

  • Imaging equipment distributors for ultrasound, X-ray and CT
  • ICU, OT and anaesthesia equipment distributors
  • Patient monitoring and emergency equipment suppliers
  • Dental chair and clinic equipment dealers
  • Laboratory analyser and diagnostic instrument distributors
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment suppliers
  • Refurbished and used medical equipment traders
  • Authorised distributors of a single international brand for a state

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You hold no written authorisation from the principal company, so a page naming the brand would claim rights you cannot show.
  • You have no original machine text and plan to paste brochures, which gives search nothing to rank and the principal's team a reason to object.
  • Nobody can take a demonstration request the day it arrives, so visitors who ask would lose interest.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At an interval agreed in writing we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we copy the manufacturer's brochure text?
Copy only if the principal company agrees, and expect little from it in search because the same words sit on other sites. Write your own text with your engineers and keep the brochure as a download.
Will we rank first for the brand name?
Nobody can promise a position. Search engines weigh several things, and the principal company's own site competes with yours. The work is to make your pages the clearest answer to what a buyer in your region is asking.
Can a machine page say the device is approved?
Only in the principal's own words, and only if you can show the document. Rules differ by device and state, so check with your regulatory adviser before stating any approval. Safer pages describe the machine's use and point to the manufacturer's official documents.
Do we need a page for every model?
Not at first. Start with the machine families you sell most and where you hold full rights, and give each its own page. A page for a model you cannot supply draws enquiries you must turn away.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
