Medical equipment distributors · Website

Build a site where a doctor finds the machine and an administrator finds proof.

A website for a medical equipment distributor is the catalogue, the credentials page and the enquiry route that a doctor or purchase committee checks before inviting you for a demonstration. GullySales designs the site around machines, brands, service and the papers a tender asks for.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Surgical and medical supplies distributors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Lot and expiry on every line. Record lot, expiry and pack size on the purchase, delivery note and invoice, and pick the shortest-dated lot first unless a buyer asks for a particular one.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For medical equipment distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The administrator checks authorisation before price”

A purchase officer wants to confirm that you are an authorised distributor for the brand, in which states and with what service support. A page that states this, showing the principal's authorisation where permitted, answers the question before it is asked.

  • “A brochure download is not an enquiry”

A site that offers a PDF with no form tells you nothing about who took it. A short form asking for the clinic, the machine and the purchase stage turns a download into a lead your team can call.

  • “The phone is the main screen”

Doctors browse between patients on a mobile. Machine pages that load slowly, or that bury the call and WhatsApp buttons beneath long specification tables, lose the visit.

What we do

What we deliver for medical equipment distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Machine and brand pages

A page for each machine family and brand, written for the doctor and the administrator.

Result: A visitor can find a machine by name or by department.

  2. Distributor credentials page

Brands held, regions covered, service team and the documents a tender asks for, shown with the principal's consent.

Result: A page you can cite in a tender reply.

  3. Enquiry forms

Short forms on each machine page and on the new-clinic package, feeding the record.

Result: Each submission reaches a named person.

  4. Service and spares page

How to book service, request spares and ask about an annual maintenance contract.

Result: An owner finds the service route without calling the sales desk.

  5. Phone-first layout

Call and WhatsApp buttons within reach on every page.

Result: A visitor reaches your desk with one tap.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a visitor needs to settle on the site before asking for a demonstration.

are you authorised for this brand
A credentials page showing the principal's authorisation letter and the territory it covers, placed one click from every machine page.
who services this machine in my city
A service page with engineer coverage by city, how to log a breakdown and the spares you hold.
request a demonstration
A short form asking machine, hospital or clinic name and role, then a callback from a named application specialist.
download specification sheet
A link to the principal's own sheet. Ask for a name and phone first so the download becomes a recorded enquiry.
past installations
A neutral list by city and machine type, with a hospital named only where it has agreed in writing.

Who it is for

This is written for these medical equipment distributors.

  • Imaging equipment distributors for ultrasound, X-ray and CT
  • ICU, OT and anaesthesia equipment distributors
  • Patient monitoring and emergency equipment suppliers
  • Dental chair and clinic equipment dealers
  • Laboratory analyser and diagnostic instrument distributors
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment suppliers
  • Refurbished and used medical equipment traders
  • Authorised distributors of a single international brand for a state

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You do not hold a written authorisation letter you can publish, so the credentials page would be empty.
  • You cannot get a hospital's written permission to be named, and a reference list would have to stay general.
  • There is no one to answer demonstration requests, which would leave the form unattended.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we show prices?
That is your decision and the principal company's. Equipment is quoted for the room and the contract, so a request-for-quotation form serves better than a list price.
Can we name hospitals we have supplied?
Only with the hospital's written agreement. Otherwise describe the type of site, such as a diagnostic centre, and ask your regulatory adviser how references may be worded.
Should the site list the principal company's certifications?
Only what the principal has issued to you or published itself. Rules on device approvals differ by product and state, so check with your adviser. Link to the manufacturer's official page instead of restating an approval in your words.
How do we make the site work for a doctor on a phone?
Put the machine name, a call button and the demonstration request first. A doctor browses between patients, and a long form loses them. Keep specification downloads below, and test every form on a mobile.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
