Packers and movers · Website

Build a website that answers a wary family and ends in a survey booking.

A website for a mover is the place where a family checks that you are real, reads how you work and asks for a survey. GullySales plans and writes the pages, forms and trust details around that single action.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Packers and movers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Lead capture and quick quote. Bring portal and phone enquiries into one list, with origin, destination, shifting date and source on each.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For packers and movers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors look for proof you exist”

A family wary of fraud looks for a registered address, GST details, photos of your trucks, a named person and a landline. A site with a stock photo of a van and a mobile number only reads like the lookalike listings it competes with.

  • “The phone number must be one tap away”

Visitors arrive on a phone and may be standing in a half-packed flat. A call button and a survey form visible without scrolling matter more than an elaborate banner.

  • “A form can be too short or too long”

A single phone-number box leaves the supervisor guessing, while twenty fields lose the family. Addresses, floor, lift, date and a rough item list is a balance that gives the survey useful detail.

  • “Pages must match the promises”

A claim of careful packing needs the packing process, materials and handling of fragile items shown on the page. Without that detail, a reader treats every site as the same and picks on price.

What we do

What we deliver for packers and movers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A page map covering home, services, routes, how an estimate works, about us, reviews and contact.

Result: Every page has one job and a link to the survey form.

  2. Trust page

Registered name, address, GST details, insurance explanation, office photos and the people who run the firm, shown with consent.

Result: A visitor can verify who you are in one place.

  3. Survey booking form

A short form with address, floor, lift, date and item list, linked to your record and a confirmation message.

Result: Each submission reaches the desk with the details filled in.

  4. Mobile-first layout

Pages built to load and read well on a phone, with call and WhatsApp buttons within thumb reach.

Result: The site works on the devices your visitors use.

  5. Review display

A section showing genuine reviews with names, linked back to the review source.

Result: Reviews on the site can be traced to their origin.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a wary family looks for on the site before it books a survey.

is this a real company
A trust page with the office and godown address, registration details held, crew photographs and a map link.
book a survey for my flat
A short form asking date, from and to localities and a phone number, then a confirmed slot. Keep it to one screen on a phone.
how much will shifting cost
An estimate explainer on how the survey sets the figure, what is included and what raises it, without a fixed rate.
insurance for my goods
A page that states your own cover in the policy's words and tells the family to read the papers before booking.
office or shop shifting
A business page covering fittings, files and stock, with GST and invoice details a company coordinator will ask for.

Who it is for

This is written for these packers and movers.

  • Households shifting within a city
  • Families moving between cities for a job transfer
  • Bachelors and students moving a room's worth of goods
  • Corporate employees under a relocation policy
  • Car and two-wheeler transport for movers
  • Shops and small offices moving premises
  • Overseas movers sending goods by sea or air
  • People storing goods between moves

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • No one can confirm a survey slot the same day, and the form would collect names that go cold.
  • You have not settled your estimate and insurance terms, so the pages would need rewriting.
  • You hope the site will replace the supervisor's visit, though the survey sets the figure.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can we fix the old one?
Look at what it does first. If the pages are slow, vague or hard to use on a phone, a rebuild may be cheaper than patching. If the structure is sound, we add route pages and a better form.
Should the site show our rates?
Show how an estimate is built and a worked illustration marked as such. Fixed rates online bring quotes you cannot honour, because each move depends on volume, floors and distance.
Should the phone number or the form come first on the site?
Both, with the call button on top for phone visitors and the survey form below. A family packing boxes taps to call, while one planning ahead fills a form. Test both on a mobile before the site goes live.
How do we show reviews on the site?
Show real reviews with the reviewer's name and the date, and include a mixed one with your reply. A site of only praise reads as invented. Link to your map profile so the family can check the source.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
