Relocation companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an HR manager finds when the panel vendor has failed and a search begins.

SEO for a relocation company is the work of making your service, city and country pages appear when an HR team or a transferee searches for help with a move. GullySales works on the page structure, the words buyers use and the separation between your service and packers and movers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For relocation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search is the fallback, so it must land well”

An HR manager reaches for search when the usual panel has failed and a move is close. That visitor is anxious and short of time, so the page has to say within a few lines what you coordinate and for whom.

  • “The word relocation brings the wrong crowd”

People searching for packers and movers want a lorry and a price. Pages that describe housing, schools, paperwork coordination and settling in draw the visitor who wants the whole service. Without that separation the enquiries are wrong ones.

  • “A city or country search is a real question”

Someone asking about moving to Singapore or Pune wants housing areas, school options and rental practice. A page for each place you handle answers that, and it also shows an HR reader that you have done the posting before.

  • “Employers and transferees search differently”

An HR buyer looks for vendors, policy and compliance, while the transferee looks for a flat and a school. One page trying to serve both ranks for neither, so the structure keeps the two apart.

What we do

What we deliver for relocation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Service pages split by what you coordinate

Separate pages for home search, school search, household shipment and settling in, each saying what you do and what a partner delivers.

Result: Each service has a page a searcher can land on directly.

  2. City and country pages

A page for every city and country you handle, with housing areas, school options and rental practice written from your coordinators' experience.

Result: Your coordinators can approve each page against what they know.

  3. Wording taken from buyers

Phrases HR teams and transferees use, drawn from your own enquiries and calls, placed in titles and headings.

Result: Page titles use the words your clients say.

  4. Separation from packers and movers

Page copy and titles that make clear the service is relocation management, not transport alone.

Result: A visitor knows within one screen which kind of company you are.

  5. Search results read-out

The searches that brought visitors and the enquiries that followed, read against the position before the work began.

Result: You can compare enquiries against the earlier baseline.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

These are the questions an HR manager or transferee types when a move is close.

employee relocation services Pune to Singapore
A country-pair page that names housing areas, school options and paperwork steps, so the reader sees a company that has done this posting.
corporate relocation vendor panel India
A panel information page for the mobility manager or procurement reader, listing what you submit, what you coordinate and who answers.
relocation company vs packers and movers
A short explainer that separates household shipment from home search, schools and settling in, written to turn away the wrong enquiry.
expatriate settling-in services Bengaluru
An inbound page for multinational subsidiaries bringing in staff, describing the first weeks in the city rather than the shipment.
moving abroad with family school search
A page for the transferee's spouse and parents, listing what is arranged before arrival and what the family still decides.

Who it is for

This is written for these relocation companies.

  • IT services and global capability centres posting staff across India and abroad
  • Manufacturing and engineering firms moving plant managers
  • Banks, insurers and consulting firms with regular transfers
  • Multinational subsidiaries in India with inbound expatriates
  • Universities and research bodies bringing in visiting staff
  • Startups making their first senior hire in another city
  • Government and public sector undertakings with posting rules
  • Individuals paying for their own overseas move

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your site has no page that says what you coordinate beyond the shipment, so search would send packers-and-movers enquiries that you cannot serve.
  • You have handled no move to the country you want a page about, so the page would claim practice you do not have.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At an interval agreed in writing we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will SEO bring us panel places?
It brings you visitors and enquiries, and a panel place comes from the employer's decision. SEO makes sure that when someone searches in a moment of need, your pages explain the service properly.
Do we need a page for every country we handle?
Write one for each country where your coordinators have handled moves and can describe the practice. A thin page for a country you barely serve does more harm than leaving it out.
Can we put visa advice on those pages?
Only in general terms and with the adviser named. Rules depend on the country and the person's case, so your immigration partner confirms every line before it goes live.
Should an inbound-expatriate page sit apart from the outbound pages?
Yes. An overseas HR team bringing someone into India asks about housing areas, registration paperwork and school admission, while an outbound mobility manager asks about the destination. One page for both answers neither. Separate pages let each reader see their own situation.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
