Relocation companies · Website

Build a site that answers the HR manager's panel questions before they pick up the phone.

A website for a relocation company is where an HR head checks what you coordinate, who does the work abroad and whether you can be trusted with a family. GullySales works on its structure, service pages, panel information and enquiry routes for employers and individuals.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For relocation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must say what you coordinate”

A visitor who sees a lorry and the word moving assumes packers and movers. The opening lines should name housing, school search, paperwork coordination and settling in, and say plainly what partners deliver.

  • “Procurement visits the site too”

Before adding a vendor, an admin reader looks for registration, insurance, data protection practice and invoice details. A page that lists what you can provide on request answers them and moves the application along.

  • “Employers and individuals need separate doors”

An HR manager wants coverage, compliance and escalation. A person paying for their own move wants reassurance on cost and who does what. One shared form frustrates both, so two routes keep them apart.

  • “A city page is proof of practice”

Housing areas, school options and rental practice written for a city show that you have handled postings there. A thin list of places names does not convince the reader, and a reader who senses that stops trusting the rest.

What we do

What we deliver for relocation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clear home page

An opening that says what you coordinate, for whom, and where partners deliver, with routes for employers and individuals.

Result: A visitor knows what you do within one screen.

  2. Service, city and country pages

A page for each service and each place you handle, written from coordinators' knowledge and approved by operations.

Result: Each page can be checked against actual practice.

  3. A panel information page

What you can provide to an employer on request: company details, insurance, data protection practice and references.

Result: Procurement finds its checklist in one place.

  4. Two enquiry routes

A short form for employers asking about a panel or a pilot, and a separate one for individuals, each reaching the right person.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the right context.

  5. Masked case stories and a guide download

Situation-based cases and the employee guide, placed where an HR reader will look for proof.

Result: An HR reader can find proof without asking.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each page of the site answers a question an HR manager asks before calling.

what does a relocation company do
The first screen of the home page, naming home search, schools, paperwork and settling in so the visitor is not left to assume a lorry.
relocation vendor panel requirements
A panel information page listing what you submit, what reports HR receives and who the named contact is.
relocation to Singapore for Indian employees
A country page with housing areas, school options and rental practice, written from past postings.
individual overseas relocation enquiry
A separate door for a person paying for their own move, with its own form and its own reassurance.
relocation company insurance and subcontractors
A short answer for procurement readers on cover and partners abroad, which stops a bid stalling on a missing fact.

Who it is for

This is written for these relocation companies.

  • IT services and global capability centres posting staff across India and abroad
  • Manufacturing and engineering firms moving plant managers
  • Banks, insurers and consulting firms with regular transfers
  • Multinational subsidiaries in India with inbound expatriates
  • Universities and research bodies bringing in visiting staff
  • Startups making their first senior hire in another city
  • Government and public sector undertakings with posting rules
  • Individuals paying for their own overseas move

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your answers about partners abroad and insurance are not settled, so a panel page would publish claims that change.
  • You have no photograph, process or masked story to show, so a larger site would only repeat a thin first screen.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to name our partners abroad?
Say who delivers the destination end where you can, since HR asks. If a partner prefers not to be named publicly, say what the partner does and offer details in a conversation.
Can the site mention visas and tax?
Only in general terms, naming who advises. Rules depend on the country and the person's case, so your immigration and tax partners confirm every line before it is published.
Should we show prices?
Show how pricing is structured, such as per service or per assignment, only if you are comfortable doing so. We do not write prices for you, and fixed figures belong to your own commercial team.
Should the site list the cities we cover?
List only cities where you have handled moves, each with its own page. A city named without practice behind it will be found out when the HR manager asks about a school or a rental norm. A shorter honest list builds more trust than a map.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
