Adhesive manufacturers · Social media

Post the fixing, not the factory, so a mason sees the job done right.

Social media for an adhesive manufacturer means short videos and photographs of real fixing jobs, posted where masons, tilers and carpenters already watch. GullySales plans what to film on site, how to caption it in the local language and how to point the viewer to a dealer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For adhesive manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Masons watch methods, not adverts”

A tiler on a phone stops for a clip of a trowel notch, the back-buttering of a large tile or the tap that tests for hollow spots. A pack shot with a logo is skipped. The clip that teaches one step gets saved and shown to the helper.

  • “Language decides who watches”

A method clip spoken in the local language reaches a mason in Vijayawada or Madurai in a way English captions do not. Voice and on-screen words in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Hindi matter more than polish.

  • “A failed floor needs a calm reply”

A photograph of loose tiles tagged with your brand appears in a group or a comment. Silence reads as guilt and an angry reply reads worse. A reply that asks for the surface, the trowel and the date shows the brand is listening.

  • “Duplicate-bag warnings belong here”

Dealers and masons spot fake bags before you do. A post showing the genuine bag, its batch mark and where to report a copy reaches the very people who meet the copies.

What we do

What we deliver for adhesive manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site filming checklist

The shots to take at every demonstration: surface, mixing, trowel, fixing, the hollow-sound check and the finished floor.

Result: Each demonstration returns a set of clips ready to post.

  2. Local-language caption sheet

Standard captions and spoken lines in the languages of your selling towns, checked by a reader who knows the trade.

Result: A clip can be posted in the town's language without a rewrite.

  3. Dealer tag posts

Posts that name the tile shop which hosted the demonstration and send viewers to it.

Result: The dealer sees their shop shown and has a reason to share the post.

  4. Comment reply guide

Short replies for a tile failure, a price question and a suspected copy, with the person who answers.

Result: A comment gets a calm reply from a named person.

  5. Genuine-bag post series

Pictures of the real bag and batch mark, set beside how to report a doubtful one.

Result: Dealers and masons have a post to hold a doubtful bag against.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should we start with?
Start where your masons already are. YouTube for method videos, Instagram reels for short clips and WhatsApp for sharing are in ordinary use in India. Check each platform's current rules before running anything paid.
May we show a customer's floor?
Ask the owner or the builder before posting a floor, and keep faces and house numbers out of frame. A written yes from the builder is the safe habit.
Should we boost our posts?
Boost a clip only after it has held a mason's attention unpaid, and aim it at towns where you have dealers. Boosting a clip nobody watched pays to repeat a miss.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
