Agricultural machinery manufacturers · Website

Give each machine a page a farmer, a dealer and an officer can all use.

A website for a farm machinery maker is a set of machine pages, dealer details and service information that works on a basic phone in the local language. GullySales builds it so the farmer finds the machine and the dealer finds the answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For agricultural machinery manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The farmer reads it on a phone with a weak signal”

A heavy page full of large images takes too long on a village connection. Light pages, short videos and a visible call button serve the farmer standing in the field.

  • “Each machine needs its own answer”

A single page that lists every implement leaves the farmer scrolling. A page per machine with work rate, power needed, soil, attachments and spares lets a link be shared on WhatsApp and found by search.

  • “Dealers and officers come for other things”

A dealer looks for the price list and spares. An officer looks for test report status and supply terms. A site that puts these on clear pages saves your phone from the same questions.

  • “Where to buy and where to repair are different questions”

A farmer needs the nearest dealer to buy and the nearest service point for a worn part. A page that mixes the two or lists neither leaves the owner with only a phone number.

What we do

What we deliver for agricultural machinery manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A machine page template

A fixed layout for work rate, tractor power, soil, crop, attachments, spares and video, filled for each model.

Result: Every machine is described in the same order.

  2. Local-language pages

Machine pages and the home page in the languages your dealers sell in, switchable at the top.

Result: A farmer reads the page in the language they speak.

  3. A dealer and service finder

A list by district of where to buy and where to repair, with a call button.

Result: A farmer or owner reaches a person nearby.

  4. A dealer and officer area

Pages for price lists, scheme notes and group papers, kept current with your compliance person.

Result: Dealers and officers stop asking the same questions.

  5. A light build

Pages built to open on a basic phone, with videos that load on request.

Result: The site works at the edge of the signal.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a website if dealers sell the machine?
Yes. A farmer who sees a machine in a field looks it up, and a dealer sends the link. The site is the page that shows your machine well when you cannot be there.
Can the site take orders?
It can take enquiries and route them to the dealer. A machine sale involves a demonstration, a loan and delivery, so the site sends the enquiry to a person rather than closing the sale itself.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
