Animal feed manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Reach the dealer's phone and the farmer's phone in the language each one speaks.

WhatsApp marketing for a feed mill means using the app that dealers and farmers already use for orders, rates and shed photographs. GullySales works on message formats, dealer groups and consent, so the channel stays useful and does not turn into noise.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For animal feed manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The dealer's WhatsApp is the order book”

Rate enquiries, stock requests and payment screenshots already arrive there. Without structure they scatter across personal chats. A business number with labelled contacts keeps those messages findable by the company and not only by one rep.

  • “A forwarded message carries the sender's trust”

A farmer believes a voice note that comes from the dealer or a known rep, and ignores the same note from an unknown number. Content should be built for forwarding by people the farmer knows, with the company named clearly inside it.

  • “Broadcasts without permission cost goodwill”

Adding a farmer to a group or sending a promotion without agreement draws complaints and blocks. Record who agreed to receive messages and for what, and give each person a simple way to stop.

  • “A complaint arrives as a photograph of the bag”

Farmers send pictures of the bag, the batch print and the feed. A reply process that asks for batch details and routes the message to the nutritionist closes the matter before it reaches other groups.

What we do

What we deliver for animal feed manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number set-up

A company number with a profile, a catalogue and labels for dealers, farmers and societies.

Result: A number every rep can use from a phone, with shared labels.

  2. Dealer groups with rules

Groups for scheme announcements and stock updates, with posting rules written at the top.

Result: A group for each district with its rules pinned.

  3. Voice and picture templates

Messages in the local language on feeding practice, storage and field day invitations.

Result: A library of messages ready to forward.

  4. A consent record

Who agreed to receive messages, when and for what.

Result: A list your team checks before any broadcast.

  5. A complaint intake flow

The questions asked, the batch details requested and the person who replies.

Result: A flow card the team follows on every complaint.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send promotions to every farmer on our list?
Send only to those who agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on business messages. A smaller list of agreed contacts serves you better than a large one that gets the number blocked.
Should reps use their personal numbers?
A company number keeps the history when a rep moves on. Reps can still open the business app on their own phones. Ask your adviser how customer data held on personal devices should be handled.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
