Beverage manufacturers · Social media

Show the cold bottle where the customer is already scrolling.

Social media marketing for a beverage maker is using Instagram, WhatsApp status and Facebook to show the pack, the plant and the places it is sold. GullySales plans the posts, the outlet tagging and the replies, and checks each platform's current rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For beverage manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A pack photographed on a white table does not sell”

Customers meet the drink in a cooler, in a hand at a function or on a counter. A bottle shown sweating in a cooler beside the shop name reads as a place to buy it, and a studio shot reads as an advertisement.

  • “Dealers watch the brand's page before they commit”

A wholesaler considering a new line looks at what the brand posts. An empty page or one with old festival greetings signals a brand that may not be around next season, even if the plant is busy.

  • “Energy and sports drinks are sold by who holds them”

A young buyer picks an energy drink by who is seen with it. Posts of the pack at a local gym, a cricket ground or a college event place it in their world, and generic stock images do not.

  • “Plant content builds trust with bottling prospects”

A brand founder wants to see clean lines, filled bottles and labelled batches. Short posts from the plant floor, taken with permission from staff, answer the doubt that a brochure cannot.

What we do

What we deliver for beverage manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by buyer

Posts for shoppers, dealers and bottling prospects kept separate, so each audience sees what concerns them.

Result: A plan listing post type, audience and purpose.

  2. An outlet tagging routine

A simple way for the salesman to photograph the cooler with the shop name and post it with the shop's agreement.

Result: A running set of shop photos usable on the page.

  3. Event and function posts

Photos and short clips from stalls, weddings, college events and sampling days, posted with consent from those shown.

Result: A record of events and the posts made from each.

  4. A plant-floor series

Short posts on filling, capping, labelling and cleaning, to show a bottling prospect how the plant works.

Result: A set of posts a prospect can be sent a link to.

  5. Reply and enquiry handling

A named person and a short set of answers for questions that arrive in comments and messages.

Result: Every comment and message has an owner and a logged outcome.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a regional soda brand use first?
The one where your shopkeepers and customers already are. For a local brand that may be WhatsApp and Instagram, so check by asking a few shops what they use.
Can we run offers and giveaways?
Contest and giveaway rules differ by platform and by state. Check the platform's current rules and your own adviser before running one.
Should the plant owner appear in posts?
Only if the owner is comfortable. A founder who prefers the product and the plant to carry the page loses nothing, and that works for dealers and bottling prospects alike.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
