Beverage manufacturers · Website

Give dealers and brand founders a site that answers their questions first.

A website for a beverage manufacturer is a small set of pages that tells dealers, caterers and brand founders what you make, how to order and what the plant can do. GullySales plans, writes and structures the pages around the questions each buyer asks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For beverage manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A brand site built for the drinker misses the buyers”

Pages full of flavours and lifestyle images do not tell a wholesaler about margin or a founder about line capacity. The trade buyer leaves without finding the one thing they came for.

  • “A contract-bottling page needs proof, not adjectives”

A founder reads for line types, pack formats, minimum runs, laboratory records and the licences the plant holds. Say what exists and show it, and leave out words like best quality.

  • “A dealer page should list open towns”

A wholesaler wants to know whether the district is free. A page that names open towns and states the terms saves a visit, and invites the call from someone who is already interested.

  • “A phone-first layout matters”

Dealers and caterers browse on mobile, between deliveries. Large buttons for calling and for WhatsApp, and pages that load without strain on a poor signal, matter more than animation.

What we do

What we deliver for beverage manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by buyer

Separate sections for dealers, contract bottling, events and institutions, each reached from the home page in one tap.

Result: A site map built around buyers.

  2. The contract-bottling page

Line details, pack formats, closures, records held and the information needed to quote, with an enquiry form.

Result: A page that answers a founder's first questions.

  3. The dealer page

Terms, schemes, open towns and a contact route, written plainly.

Result: A page a wholesaler can read and act on.

  4. Product pages and a rate sheet

Each line shown with pack sizes and where it is sold, plus a downloadable sheet for caterers.

Result: Pages and a sheet kept consistent with each other.

  5. Enquiry forms and routing

Forms for each buyer that send the enquiry to the right person and log it.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with its type and its owner.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for the contract-bottling business?
One site with a clear section is enough. A separate site makes sense only when the bottling business has its own name and its own team.
Can the site take orders?
It can take enquiries and order requests. Credit, schemes and delivery stay with your team, so we route the order to them and record it.
What can we say about ingredients and health on the site?
Say what you can prove and check the wording with your adviser. Drink claims and labelling rules differ by body and change.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
