Carpet manufacturers · Lead generation

Find the importers, designers and project buyers who order carpets by the room.

Lead generation for a carpet maker means building a list of named buyers who place programmes, and giving each a reason to ask for a sample. GullySales works on the buyer list, the design selections sent to each segment, and a record of where every enquiry came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Carpet cleaning companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Enquiries and quotations. Log each call with the property, rooms and fibre type, and quote by area, room or set charge from your own rates. Photographs from the customer stay on the record.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For carpet manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A fair gives a stack of cards, not a list of buyers”

After a carpet fair the unit holds cards, a few photographs and a memory of who liked which weave. Without a sheet that pairs each name with the designs handled at the stall, nobody can write a message the buyer will recognise as personal.

  • “Agents and direct buyers need separate lists”

An enquiry through an agent and an enquiry from an importer abroad are different leads with different next steps. When both sit in one notebook, the direct importer waits for a reply while the agent order gets the loom time.

  • “Designers and hotel teams arrive with a room, not a catalogue request”

A studio specifying a lobby asks about size, pile height and colour matching. A generic brochure answers none of it. A lead from this segment is worth chasing only when the first reply speaks to the room.

  • “A sample sent is a lead only if its outcome is written down”

Samples are woven at the maker's cost. When the unit cannot say which buyers turned a sample into an order, the same costly pieces go to the same silent buyers again, and the loom time behind them is lost a second time.

What we do

What we deliver for carpet manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A buyer target list by segment

Importers abroad, home retailers, design studios, hotel project consultants and Indian showrooms, each listed with the reason they fit your weaves.

Result: Five segments, each with named buyers and the reason each was chosen.

  2. Segment-wise design selections

A short set of designs for each segment, chosen from your library by style, material and room.

Result: A designer and an importer receive different selections from the same loom.

  3. An enquiry register

One sheet logging source, segment, designs asked about, sample status and owner for every enquiry.

Result: Any enquiry can be traced to the fair, referral or search that brought it.

  4. A sample request form

A form collecting size, material, colour and intended use before a sample is woven.

Result: A sample is woven only after the use is known.

  5. An agent and direct split

A marker on every record showing whether the buyer reached you directly or through an agent.

Result: You can see the number of direct conversations are open at this moment.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we stop working with agents to find direct buyers?
No. Direct lead generation runs alongside your agents. The introductions are planned with you so current relationships are protected, and you decide which buyers are approached.
How do we know which enquiry deserves a sample?
Check whether the enquiry names a size, a use and a quantity. An enquiry with all three is worth a sample. One with none gets a design selection and a question first, and the sample follows the answer.
Do you promise a number of leads?
No. We note your present enquiries and orders first so later figures can be compared, and we show which buyers were approached and how each enquiry was handled.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
