Carpet manufacturers · Social media

Show the loom, the colour and the finished room to the people who specify carpets.

Social media for a carpet maker is the steady showing of weaving, materials and finished rooms to designers, importers and showroom owners where they already look. GullySales works on what is shown, the platforms that suit each segment, and the route from a post to an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Carpet cleaning companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Enquiries and quotations. Log each call with the property, rooms and fibre type, and quote by area, room or set charge from your own rates. Photographs from the customer stay on the record.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For carpet manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Carpets are chosen by eye, so the picture has to be true”

A rug that looks richer on a screen than on the floor brings a returned sample and a lost buyer. Posts need light, angle and a close view of the pile so the colour matches what arrives.

  • “The process is the story the buyer cannot see”

Dyeing, knotting and finishing are hidden from an importer abroad. A short clip of a weaver at the loom proves the work is done by skilled hands, and gives a designer something to forward to a client.

  • “Designers save, importers message”

A design studio saves a post for a later project, while an importer sends a direct message. A post with no clear next step wastes both. Each should end with how to request a sample.

  • “Posting stops when the fair season ends”

Activity clusters around exhibitions, then falls silent. A buyer who met the unit at a fair and checks the profile weeks later finds the last post dated before the stall opened, which suggests the unit has gone quiet.

What we do

What we deliver for carpet manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by segment

A plan separating posts for designers, importers and showrooms, so each sees the weaves that suit them.

Result: A designer's feed and an importer's feed show different pieces.

  2. A loom and process shot list

A list of shots covering dyeing, knotting, finishing and packing, planned around days when the work happens.

Result: Photographers know what to capture on each visit.

  3. Room and colour posts

Finished carpets shown in rooms with the colourway named and the sizes available.

Result: Each post names the weave, colour and sizes.

  4. Profile set-up

Descriptions, links to the design library and a pinned post explaining how to ask for a sample.

Result: A new visitor finds the sample route in one place.

  5. A post-to-enquiry route

A link or message path from each post to the sample request form.

Result: Enquiries from social media are marked as such in the register.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform should a carpet maker use?
Start where your buyers look. Designers and importers use image-led and professional platforms, while Indian showrooms reach you by messaging. We agree the platforms with you after reviewing who your buyers are.
Do we need to show our factory?
Showing the loom helps the buyer trust the work, but nothing is posted without your approval. Show only the areas you are comfortable sharing, and keep design files and costing out of the frame.
Can you promise followers or enquiries?
No. We set the plan, keep the posts consistent with your brand and the weaves you want to sell, and record which enquiries trace back to which post, so you can judge the value yourself.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
