Cement manufacturers · Social media

Show the people who choose the bag what your cement does on a real site.

Social media marketing for a cement manufacturer is posting where masons, contractors and dealers already spend time, with material that shows your bag in use. GullySales works on the pages, the content and the dealer handles that keep your brand in front of the deciders.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For cement manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Masons are on their phones, not on company pages”

A mason follows other masons and local builders, and watches site videos on YouTube and Instagram. A glossy brand feed with studio images is skipped, while a clip of a slab being cast stops the thumb.

  • “Dealers will share what makes them look good”

A dealer reposts a scheme poster, a new stock arrival or a site photo with the shop's name on it. Content built for the dealer to forward carries your brand into the town without paid reach.

  • “Facebook and Instagram reach homeowners, LinkedIn reaches buyers”

A homeowner planning a house sees local posts. A purchase manager at a builder looks on LinkedIn. One post cannot serve both, so each platform carries its own kind of material. Choose the platform by who you want to reach in a given district, and drop the rest.

  • “Nothing on social media proves strength”

A comment thread is not a product claim. Strength and setting are shown by test sheets and finished work, not by adjectives under a photograph. Keep posts to what a site shows and point to the technical sheet for anything measured.

What we do

What we deliver for cement manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A platform plan by audience

Which platform serves masons, which serves homeowners and which serves bulk buyers, with a short list of post types for each.

Result: Each audience has one chosen platform and a defined post type.

  2. Site stories from projects near dealers

Short posts built from finished or ongoing work with the owner's and the contractor's permission.

Result: Content that shows your bag in a recognisable local place.

  3. Forwardable dealer material

Posters, scheme notes and stock updates sized for WhatsApp and Facebook with room for the dealer's name.

Result: Dealers have ready material to post or forward.

  4. A scheme and meet calendar

Dates for mason meets and scheme launches turned into posts before and after each event.

Result: Each event has posts that announce it and record it.

  5. A page and comment routine

Who answers messages on your pages, what they say and when a question goes to the sales officer.

Result: Every message has an owner.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these cement manufacturers.

  • Integrated cement plants selling across several districts
  • Grinding units that buy clinker and sell in a tight radius
  • Regional brands competing with national names in one or two states
  • Manufacturers focused on PPC and blended cement for housing
  • Plants supplying ready-mix producers and infrastructure contractors
  • White cement and putty-grade cement makers
  • Specialty cement makers, such as for oil wells or marine work
  • Manufacturers selling through a stockist and sub-dealer chain

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we run paid ads on social media?
Paid posts suit the towns where you have dealers and want homebuilders to know your name. We would set a small test in one district and read the results before extending to others.
Can we use photographs of customers' houses?
Only with the owner's written permission, and a record of it. We ask first, keep the record and use no photograph of a private house without it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
