Cement manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Tell dealers about rate changes and schemes before the market does.

WhatsApp marketing for a cement manufacturer is using the app dealers, masons and contractors already live in to send rates, schemes and stock news and to take enquiries. GullySales works on the account, the lists, the message wording and the consent behind them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For cement manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Dealers hear the rate from rivals first”

A price change travels through dealer groups before any official note goes out. If your message arrives after the gossip, the dealer treats you as the last to know your own rate. Send the note to dealers yourself, in one place, with the effective date written clearly.

  • “Mason groups are already running”

Masons share offers and site tips in groups they set up themselves. A scheme message made to be forwarded reaches them through their own network, with the dealer's name attached. Do not add masons to groups without asking, and leave the dealer to invite those they know.

  • “Bulk buyers want a person, not a broadcast”

A purchase manager asks for a quote on a chat and expects a reply from a named officer. A broadcast list serves dealers, while buyers need one-to-one threads. Keep these threads with a named officer, and record the quote and the reply in the CRM.

  • “Consent and spam rules apply”

Sending to people who never agreed gets numbers blocked and damages the dealer relationship. Lists must be built from people who asked, and platform rules should be checked at the time. Keep a note of how each person agreed, and let anyone leave a list with one message.

What we do

What we deliver for cement manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set up properly

A verified business profile with catalogue, greeting and away message, using the WhatsApp Business app or the API as the volume requires.

Result: Buyers see a business profile with your name and grades.

  2. Separate lists for dealers, masons and buyers

Each list built from people who agreed to receive messages, with a note of how and when.

Result: Every number on a list has a recorded consent.

  3. Message templates

Wording for rate notes, scheme launches, stock arrivals and enquiry replies, in the languages your dealers use.

Result: Officers and the head office send the same wording.

  4. Enquiry handling on chat

A rule for who answers, how a chat becomes a CRM record and when it passes to a sales officer.

Result: No chat sits with one officer's phone alone.

  5. A record of delivery and replies

Messages sent, read and answered, logged against each dealer where the tool allows.

Result: You see which dealers read your notes.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these cement manufacturers.

  • Integrated cement plants selling across several districts
  • Grinding units that buy clinker and sell in a tight radius
  • Regional brands competing with national names in one or two states
  • Manufacturers focused on PPC and blended cement for housing
  • Plants supplying ready-mix producers and infrastructure contractors
  • White cement and putty-grade cement makers
  • Specialty cement makers, such as for oil wells or marine work
  • Manufacturers selling through a stockist and sub-dealer chain

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to all our dealers?
To dealers who have agreed, yes, through the business tools the platform provides. Check the platform's current rules on message types and limits before a large send.
Should officers use their personal numbers?
A company number is safer, because the conversation stays with the business when an officer leaves. We help set up a number, and decide with you who has access.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
