Composite material manufacturers · Digital marketing

Use the web to carry the datasheet, the sample offer and the engineer's name.

Digital marketing for a composite maker joins the website, search, LinkedIn, email and paid reach into one path from an engineer's search to a sample request. GullySales chooses the few channels that suit a slow, technical sale and keeps the rest switched off.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For composite material manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A narrow audience needs narrow channels”

The buyers are design heads, quality leads and fabricators in a handful of industries. Broad advertising spends money on people who will never specify a laminate. Channels are picked for how well they reach named roles.

  • “Paid search can fund early learning”

A small spend on property and application searches shows which words bring real enquiries, before you invest in long pages. The spend should stop when the learning stops. Budgets are set by you, with no promised return.

  • “Email works for a known list”

Engineers who requested a sample or downloaded a datasheet have already shown interest. A short technical note sent to them, with an option to stop, keeps the maker in mind between projects.

  • “Every channel must lead to the sample form”

A visitor from search, a post or an email who cannot find the sample request is lost. The form and the datasheet downloads are the common destination, and every campaign is judged by how many reach them.

What we do

What we deliver for composite material manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for a technical sale

A written choice of channels, with the reason for each and the ones left out for now.

Result: The plan names what runs and what waits.

  2. Tracking on the sample form and downloads

Simple measurement of where each request came from, set up in a tool such as Google Analytics.

Result: You can see which channel brought each sample request.

  3. A small paid search test

Advertisements for property and application searches, with a spend limit that you set.

Result: The test report lists search terms that brought real requests.

  4. An email routine for engineers

A short technical note for contacts who asked for samples or sheets, with a clear way to opt out.

Result: The list holds only people who asked to be on it.

  5. A review that moves effort

A look at which channel produced qualified requests, so effort shifts toward it.

Result: Each review ends with a stop, keep or grow decision per channel.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is paid advertising needed?
Not at the start. Search pages and LinkedIn work can run first. Paid search is useful to test which wording engineers use, and you decide the budget. We do not promise results from any advertising spend.
What should we measure?
Sample requests, datasheet downloads and the share that move into testing. Page views and followers are weak signs for a technical sale. Your CRM should record which channel each request came from.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
