Composite material manufacturers · Social media

Show the plate, the test rig and the engineer who explains the result.

Social media for a composite maker is mostly LinkedIn and short video, used to show the material at work and the people who stand behind it. GullySales plans posts that a design engineer or a quality head would stop to read.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For composite material manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is a handful of named engineers”

A maker of carbon laminate does not need a large following. It needs the design heads, tier-one buyers and fabricators in a few industries to see credible material work. Posts are judged by who read them, not by how many liked them.

  • “Plates under load make better posts than factory tours”

A bending test, a flame test or a cured panel cut open to show the layers tells an engineer more than a picture of the building. The post should name the test and the material, and leave out any claim the data does not back.

  • “The materials engineer is the face”

Buyers trust a named technical person over a company page. Posts from your own engineer explaining a result in plain words carry the credibility, while the company page shares and links to them.

  • “Short video suits process and handling”

A clip of a prepreg being laid up, or a moulding compound being pressed, shows handling in a way a datasheet cannot. Keep each clip to one step and caption it with the material and the method.

What we do

What we deliver for composite material manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan by audience

A list of post types for design engineers, fabricators and quality teams, with the proof you already hold for each.

Result: You can see which post speaks to which buyer.

  2. Test and process post templates

Simple formats for sharing a test setup, a result and a lesson, written so your engineer can fill them in.

Result: Your engineer can draft a post from a test result in a few minutes.

  3. Profile set-up for the company and the engineer

A clear company page and a technical profile that name the materials and the industries served.

Result: A buyer who clicks through sees what you make within one screen.

  4. A short video guide

Advice on filming handling and test clips on a phone, with captions that name the material.

Result: Clips are usable without a studio.

  5. A review of what drew sample requests

A look at which posts led to messages or visits so the plan can drop what is silent.

Result: The plan lists post types kept and post types dropped.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters for a composite maker?
LinkedIn first, since design heads, buyers and fabricators are present there. A short video channel helps for process clips. Other platforms are worth adding only when a customer group is known to use them.
Is it safe to post customer parts?
Only with the customer's written permission. Buyers treat their programmes as confidential, and defence work carries its own limits. Where permission is missing, post your own test plates and standard shapes instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
