Concrete block manufacturers · Digital marketing

Put the yard where a builder looks for blocks, from the map to the phone to the dealer.

Digital marketing for a block yard covers the profile, pages, messages and listings through which builders find and contact you. GullySales begins with the channels that already bring calls to your yard and adds others only when the first are working.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For concrete block manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Start where the calls already come from”

Check whether your enquiries arrive from the map listing and a few dealers. Strengthening those channels before opening new ones gives the owner something to measure and the team less to manage.

  • “Reach is limited by the truck, not the screen”

An advertisement shown across a state brings enquiries the yard cannot serve at a sensible freight cost. Digital work for a block yard should aim at the towns the trucks reach and stop there.

  • “Every channel needs a named person”

A profile, a number and a set of pages all go stale if nobody owns them. Give each channel to one person, with a short list of what to check and when.

  • “Marketplaces bring volume and noise”

Listings on trade marketplaces bring enquiries from buyers anywhere. Some are useful and others are out of range. Track which enquiries turned into delivered orders before deciding how much attention to give them.

What we do

What we deliver for concrete block manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel review of the yard

A look at where enquiries have come from, which channels are set up and which are neglected.

Result: The review lists each channel with its enquiries and its owner.

  2. A priority list for the first channels

A short order of work: profile, pages, phone capture and dealer listings, matched to your radius.

Result: The team knows which channel to fix first and why.

  3. A radius-bound targeting plan

Advertising and listings aimed at the towns your trucks serve, with distant areas excluded.

Result: Paid reach is limited to the places you can deliver to.

  4. A simple tracking sheet

A sheet that records the source of each enquiry and whether it became a delivered order.

Result: Each enquiry source can be compared by orders delivered.

  5. An ownership list

A one-page list that names who looks after each channel and what they check.

Result: Every channel has one named person.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these concrete block manufacturers.

  • Hollow concrete block yards serving local builders
  • Solid concrete block makers for compound walls and load-bearing work
  • Machine-based block plants with higher output
  • Yards that also make pavers, kerb stones and precast items
  • Manufacturers selling through building material dealers
  • Plants supplying apartment developers and large contractors
  • Small yards near growing peri-urban towns
  • Producers of lightweight or specialty blocks

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small yard spend first?
On the map profile, the phone and WhatsApp capture, and a short site with sizes and localities. These cost the least and sit closest to how a mason actually finds and contacts a yard.
Is a marketplace listing worth it?
Treat it as a test. Record each enquiry that arrives, call it, and note whether it ended in a delivery. Keep the listing if the delivered orders justify the effort, and drop it if they do not.
Can digital work replace our mason visits?
No. The mason relationship is built by deliveries and visits. Digital work makes the yard easier to find and easier to reach, and it brings the first call, but the relationship still needs your people.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
