Control panel manufacturers · Social media

Show panels being built, tested and dispatched where engineers already scroll.

Social media for a control panel shop means showing the craft, from wiring to testing, to the design managers and integrators who follow industrial work. GullySales plans what to post from your jobs and sets up the profiles that engineers check after they hear your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For control panel manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn is where the design manager looks you up”

After a phone call or a referral, the buyer checks the shop on LinkedIn. A profile with finished jobs, named engineers and recent work reads as a working shop. A blank one reads as a shell.

  • “Wiring quality is visible and rarely shown”

Neat ferrule marking, clean cable dressing and a tidy gland plate tell an engineer more than any claim of quality. Shops hide this behind a finished door photograph, when a short clip of the inside is what builds trust.

  • “Posting about the shop itself misses the buyer”

A festival greeting or a stock image of a factory tells a machine builder nothing. A post about a servo cabinet built for a labelling machine, with the problem it solved, gives them something to remember.

What we do

What we deliver for control panel manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile set-up for LinkedIn and YouTube

Company pages with a clear description, the panel types you build and a pinned introduction to your capability.

Result: A buyer who looks you up finds a complete profile.

  2. Build-story posts from real jobs

Short posts following one panel from drawing to dispatch, with the drive, PLC and test described in engineer's terms.

Result: Each finished job becomes a post with something to say.

  3. A shop floor shooting guide

Simple instructions for photographing wiring, test benches and nameplates on a phone, in good light.

Result: Your own team can supply usable pictures.

  4. Engineer introductions

Posts that name the engineers who design, program and test, with the work each handles.

Result: Buyers see the people behind the quote.

  5. Approval and posting routine

A shared list of posts waiting for owner approval and the day each goes out.

Result: Nothing is published without your agreement.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these control panel manufacturers.

  • PLC and HMI panel builders for machine builders
  • VFD and soft starter panel makers for pumps, fans and conveyors
  • Servo and motion control panel shops
  • Panel builders for water and effluent treatment plants
  • Instrumentation and DCS marshalling panel makers
  • Retrofit and upgrade specialists for older plant panels
  • Panel shops that also do site wiring and commissioning
  • Panel builders for HVAC, BMS and building automation contractors

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who in the buyer's company will see these posts?
Design managers, projects heads, procurement staff and engineers at machine builders and integrators. Posts are written for them, so they use component names and test terms, not slogans.
Is it safe to show customer machines?
Only with the customer's agreement. Machine builders treat their machine design as confidential, so we show the panel and leave out the machine unless the customer has said yes in writing.
Do we need to post every day?
No. A smaller number of posts that show real work does more than daily filler. We agree a rhythm your team can keep up with, and drop it if it cannot be sustained.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
