Control panel manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Use the chat the design manager already keeps open to receive briefs and send drawings.

WhatsApp marketing for a control panel shop means using the business account to receive enquiries, collect the details an estimator needs and keep in touch with past buyers. GullySales sets up the account, the first-reply message and the rules for sending anything to a customer list.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For control panel manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The engineer sends a photo of a sketch, not a form”

A buyer on the shop floor photographs a motor list and sends it on chat. If the reply is a request to email it, the conversation moves to a slower channel and the buyer may try the next shop on the list.

  • “A shared personal number loses the history”

When the estimator's phone holds all the chats, a change of handset or role takes the record of drawings and quotations with it. A business account with a team inbox keeps the thread with the company.

  • “Broadcast messages need consent and relevance”

A mass note to every contact about a new service annoys buyers who joined for one job. Updates on spares or drive changes sent to people who have agreed, and tied to the panel they bought, are read.

What we do

What we deliver for control panel manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

A WhatsApp Business profile with your description, address, catalogue of panel types and opening message.

Result: A buyer who messages you sees a proper business profile.

  2. First-reply message and brief prompt

An automatic reply that thanks the buyer and asks for the motor list, supply details and sequence of operation.

Result: Chats start with the information an estimator needs.

  3. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers on testing, component makes, drawings and site visits, written to be checked by your engineer.

    Result: Your team answers consistently.

  4. Consent list for customer updates

A list of customers who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, with the panel each one bought.

Result: Updates go only to people who asked for them.

  5. Handover rules

A rule for who answers, who escalates to an engineer, and how a chat is logged against the quotation.

Result: No chat sits unanswered or unrecorded.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these control panel manufacturers.

  • PLC and HMI panel builders for machine builders
  • VFD and soft starter panel makers for pumps, fans and conveyors
  • Servo and motion control panel shops
  • Panel builders for water and effluent treatment plants
  • Instrumentation and DCS marshalling panel makers
  • Retrofit and upgrade specialists for older plant panels
  • Panel shops that also do site wiring and commissioning
  • Panel builders for HVAC, BMS and building automation contractors

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not at first. The standard business app handles a small team and a catalogue. The API suits a larger shop that wants several people on one number and automated flows. Check the platform's current rules before choosing.
Can we send drawings over WhatsApp?
Yes, and buyers expect it. Keep the revision in the file name and record the version sent in your quotation log, so chat does not become the only copy of what was priced.
Should we message customers who have not given consent?
No. Send updates only to people who agreed to receive them. A one-to-one reply to a buyer who contacted you first is a different matter, and is the normal use of the chat.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
