Control panel manufacturers · Website

Build a site where an engineer can see the drive, the PLC and the test sheet.

A website for a control panel shop is a set of pages that proves the work: panel types, components, testing and finished jobs. GullySales plans the pages, writes them from your job records and sets up the enquiry brief form that feeds your estimator.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For control panel manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage talks about solutions and shows no panel”

A buyer who lands on a page of general phrases cannot tell whether the shop builds a servo cabinet or a motor control centre. A photograph of a real panel with a caption naming its drive and PLC answers the question in one look.

  • “The enquiry form asks for a name and a message”

That form produces vague notes that need a phone call to decode. A form asking for the motor list, supply details, sequence of operation and drawings gives the estimator a job to price, and tells serious buyers what you need.

  • “Component makes and testing hide behind a brochure”

Engineers want to know which PLC, drive and switchgear makes you work with, and how a panel is tested before it leaves. Placing that on the site spares the buyer a request, and spares your estimator the same answer, repeated.

What we do

What we deliver for control panel manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

A plan listing each page, its buyer and its purpose, covering panel types, retrofit, testing, past jobs and contact.

Result: Every page has a clear job.

  2. Panel type and application pages

Pages written from finished jobs, with components, test steps and photographs from your floor.

Result: An engineer can find work close to their machine.

  3. Enquiry brief form

A form that collects the details an estimator needs and sends them to a shared inbox, with a matching WhatsApp prompt.

Result: Sketch-only enquiries are separated from serious ones.

  4. Capability and testing page

A page on drawings, programming, component makes and pre-dispatch testing, in terms an engineer trusts.

Result: Design managers can judge the shop without a call.

  5. Speed and mobile check

A review of how the site loads on a phone and what blocks it, with a fix list for your developer.

Result: The site works on a site engineer's handset.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these control panel manufacturers.

  • PLC and HMI panel builders for machine builders
  • VFD and soft starter panel makers for pumps, fans and conveyors
  • Servo and motion control panel shops
  • Panel builders for water and effluent treatment plants
  • Instrumentation and DCS marshalling panel makers
  • Retrofit and upgrade specialists for older plant panels
  • Panel shops that also do site wiring and commissioning
  • Panel builders for HVAC, BMS and building automation contractors

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
We look at the existing site first. If the structure can hold panel pages and a brief form, we add to it. A rebuild is recommended only when the current site cannot be changed to do that.
Who supplies the photographs?
Your team, using a simple guide we provide for wiring, test benches and nameplates. Real photographs of your own panels do more than stock images, and buyers can tell the difference.
Will the site bring orders by itself?
No site does. It receives the buyers you reach by search, calls and referrals, and it gives them proof. Without those routes feeding it, the best site stays quiet.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
