Footwear manufacturers · Digital marketing

Put a footwear factory in front of traders, suppliers and brands wherever they search.

Digital marketing for a footwear factory covers search, marketplace listings, social media, messaging and email used to reach trade buyers. GullySales plans which channels suit your buyers and builds the pages and records that connect them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For footwear manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are chosen by buyer, not by fashion”

A school supplier looks in search. A trader checks a marketplace and a trade group. A brand sourcing manager uses LinkedIn. Spreading effort evenly across all channels leaves each one thin, so the first step is to pick the two that match your best buyers.

  • “The website is the base for every channel”

Ads, listings and posts all point somewhere. If the destination is a home page with no article detail, the click is wasted. Every channel needs a landing page that answers the exact search or post.

  • “Paid ads need a narrow target”

An ad for 'shoes' draws shoppers. An ad for a named article to traders in a named state, with a sample offer, draws the buyer you want. Check the platform's current rules and set a budget you can afford to learn from.

  • “Marketplace listings need an owner”

IndiaMART and JustDial listings bring enquiries only when somebody answers. A listing is a shop front, and an empty counter loses the buyer to the next supplier.

What we do

What we deliver for footwear manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A written plan naming the channels for each buyer type, with reasons and what each is expected to produce.

Result: You see why each channel is in the plan.

  2. Landing pages for campaigns

Pages for school suppliers, new-state traders, private label brands and safety buyers.

Result: Each campaign has a destination that fits it.

  3. Marketplace listing clean-up

Titles, photographs, specification and response routine for your listings.

Result: Each listing names an article and has an owner for replies.

  4. Paid search and social set-up

Campaigns aimed at named articles, cities and buyer types, with conversion tracking connected to the enquiry sheet.

Result: You can see which ad produced which enquiry.

  5. Reporting in plain language

A readable summary of enquiries by channel, article and outcome.

Result: You can compare channels by orders and not by clicks.

  6. Season calendar

Digital activity timed to school reopening, festive months and the monsoon.

Result: Campaigns start ahead of each buying period.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small factory start?
Start with the catalogue pages and the enquiry sheet, then add one channel that matches your best buyer. A marketplace listing or search presence is a sensible first step; we choose after reading your orders.
Do we need an agency or an in-house person?
That depends on volume. Some factories begin with an outside team to build the base and train one in-house person to run it day to day. We can set up either arrangement.
How will we know digital marketing is working?
By enquiries and orders traced to a source, not by followers. We set up tracking so each enquiry is tagged, and compare the sources with the orders recorded by your sales team.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
