FRP product manufacturers · Buyer persona

Know who in the plant spends the money and who in the consultancy decides the material.

A buyer persona for an FRP maker is a written picture of each person who influences an order: what they want from a tank or duct, what they fear and where they look. GullySales works on drawing these from your quotes and visits, one persona to a role.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For FRP product manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The person who feels the problem is not the person who signs”

The maintenance head sees the corroded duct, the project head approves the replacement and purchase raises the order. Each wants something different from the same quote, and one message cannot serve all three.

  • “The consultant is a buyer who never buys”

A consultant drafts the specification and approves the vendor, yet places no order. Their concern is that the item meets the design and the maker will answer queries, and they remember who made their drawing easy.

  • “The contractor buys against a bill of quantities”

A water treatment contractor wants a firm rate per item, matching drawings and a maker who will not hold up site work. Price and reliability matter equally, since a late tank can stop their whole project.

  • “The dealer wants a rate sheet, not a lecture”

A hardware or building dealer stocking gratings, cable trays or septic tanks wants sizes, thicknesses, margins and stock. They have no use for resin chemistry, and the pitch fails if it is written for an engineer.

What we do

What we deliver for FRP product manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A persona for each decision role

Separate one-page profiles for the maintenance head, project head, purchaser, consultant, contractor and dealer, built from your own jobs.

Result: Your team can name the role it is writing to before sending any message.

  2. A map of who sits behind each past order

Recent orders traced to the people who asked, approved and paid, so the real chain is visible.

Result: You see which role actually moved the last ten quotes.

  3. Questions each role asks and your answers

A list of what each role asks about price, material life, standards, delivery and installation, with approved answers.

Result: Anyone answering a call gives the same answer to the same question.

  4. A channel note per persona

Where each role is reached: site visit, LinkedIn, tender portal, dealer counter, WhatsApp or a consultant's office.

Result: Each persona has two places where your team will meet them.

  5. A message variant for each persona

A short introduction written for each role, built on the item they care about.

Result: The same product is described three ways to three buyers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need personas for a small business?
A short set of three or four is enough. The aim is to stop sending one message to people with different jobs. We build them from your own quotes and notes, not from generic profiles.
How do we find out what the buyer thinks?
By asking, with your team's help. Calls after a lost quote, site visit notes and comments from dealers carry the real objections. We collect them into the persona so it reflects actual conversations.
Can one person fill two roles?
In a small plant they do. The persona then lists both concerns in order of when they arise. We mark where a role is merged, so the message covers the price and the technical question.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
