FRP product manufacturers · Social media

Show the shop floor and the finished job so a contractor remembers your name.

Social media for an FRP maker is a place to show moulds, lay-up work and installed items to the engineers and contractors who follow trade pages. GullySales works on what to post, who to reach and how a comment becomes a conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For FRP product manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer is an engineer, not a casual scroller”

The person following a fabricator page is a project manager, a purchaser or a consultant checking who can build what. A photograph of a lay-up in progress tells them more than a festival greeting does.

  • “Finished work is the best post you have”

A tank leaving the works on a truck, a grating line installed over a clarifier or a duct fixed at a plant proves capacity. One clear photograph with the item, the site type and the resin used is a complete post.

  • “LinkedIn reaches the specifiers”

Consultants, plant heads and procurement staff spend their working hours on LinkedIn. Company page posts and the owner's own profile reach people who sit on approval lists, which a general feed does not.

  • “Customer sites need permission first”

Some plants forbid photographs or naming. Posting without asking can cost a relationship. Taking written consent, or showing the item before it leaves the works, keeps the page useful without risking the customer.

What we do

What we deliver for FRP product manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A choice of platforms for your buyers

LinkedIn, YouTube and a business page chosen by where your contractors and plant heads actually are, and the rest left alone.

Result: Your team posts in two or three places, not six.

  2. A bank of post types built on your work

Shop-floor lay-up, test day, loading, installation and a problem solved, each with a simple caption format your team can reuse.

Result: Anyone in your team can write a post from a phone photograph.

  3. A permission note for customer sites

A one-page form your team uses to get consent before photographing or naming an installed job.

Result: Every posted job has a consent on file.

  4. Short videos of the process

Moulds, resin application and finishing shot on a phone, with a line on what is being made and for which duty.

Result: A buyer sees the work in the way a visit would show it.

  5. A reading of which posts brought a reply

A list of comments, messages and profile visits that came from posts, matched to the enquiries that followed.

Result: You can see which posts started a conversation.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is social media worth the effort for a factory?
For finding projects, less than direct outreach. For proving you are a working fabricator to someone who has just heard your name, it is useful. We keep it light and tied to the enquiries it supports.
Who should post, the company or the owner?
Both. The company page holds the product and project posts, while the owner's profile reaches consultants and contractors who prefer to hear from a person. We write for both so the voice stays consistent.
Do we need to run paid promotion?
Not to begin with. Posts about your finished work reach your followers and their contacts. Paid reach can be tested later for a product like gratings, and we would check the platform's current rules first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
