FRP product manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Send the drawing, the photo and the rate on the channel the site engineer already answers.

WhatsApp for an FRP maker is the channel on which contractors and plant staff send drawings, photographs and quote queries during a project. GullySales works on how your business number is set up and how catalogues and follow-ups are handled on it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For FRP product manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Site engineers send photographs, not emails”

A supervisor at a plant photographs a corroded duct and sends it to the supplier. A maker who responds on the same thread with a question or a visit date is ahead of one who asks them to write a mail.

  • “Personal numbers lose the history”

When each salesperson uses a phone of their own, the conversation leaves with them. A shared business number with labels keeps the drawing, the rate and the visit date with the account.

  • “Large drawings and catalogues need the right format”

A product catalogue sent as a bulky file is hard to open on a site phone. A short document or a catalogue inside the business app puts the grating sizes and the duct options in front of the buyer at once.

  • “Broadcasting to contractors needs care”

Sending the same sheet to every contractor in a phone book annoys the ones who never asked. Messaging only people who have agreed to hear from you, and checking the platform's current rules, protects the number.

What we do

What we deliver for FRP product manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number set up for the works

Profile, address, hours, catalogue of products and a greeting that tells a buyer what to send, such as the drawing and the site.

Result: A new contact knows what to send in the first message.

  2. Labels for stage and buyer type

Tags such as enquiry, site visit planned, quote sent, dealer and consultant, applied as the chat moves.

Result: You can pull up every contractor awaiting a revised quote.

  3. Saved replies for the common questions

Short approved answers on material, thickness, freight and installation, ready to insert in a chat.

Result: Two people answer the same question the same way.

  4. A permission note for list messages

A record of who agreed to receive product sheets and rate updates, and a simple way for them to stop.

Result: Your messages go to people who asked for them.

  5. A drawing handover routine

A fixed way of moving a drawing and photographs from a chat into the project record.

Result: The attachment is saved where the quote can find it.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we share rates over WhatsApp?
Yes, with the specification and a validity note beside them, so the rate is tied to what was quoted. Keep the signed quote on mail or paper as the formal record, as buyers need it for their file.
Should we use the WhatsApp Business app or the API?
The app is enough for a small works team with a few phones. The API suits larger volumes and automated messages and brings its own cost and rules. We start with the app and move only when the volume demands it.
What about group chats with a contractor's site team?
They are useful during delivery and installation. Keep a named person from your side in them, and record decisions on the project file, since chats are hard to search weeks later.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
