Heat treatment companies · Website

Build a site that answers a metallurgist's first questions before they call.

A website for a heat treater is the place where a buyer checks your treatments, furnaces and testing before sending a part. GullySales works on the structure, wording and enquiry form so the site holds the facts an engineer and a purchase manager look for.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For heat treatment companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer checks the site before the first call”

A quality engineer who has heard your name opens the site to confirm furnaces and testing. If the facts are missing, the engineer assumes the shop is basic and the call does not happen.

  • “A brochure site hides the details”

Pages full of general claims about quality and experience tell a metallurgist nothing. Steel grades, section limits, furnace types and the checks you run are what they read for.

  • “The enquiry form asks too little or too much”

A form with only name and phone brings vague calls. One that demands a long technical sheet is abandoned. The right middle asks for grade, hardness target and quantity.

  • “Old pages contradict the current shop”

A site that lists a furnace you sold or omits a new vacuum unit misleads buyers. Nobody owns updates, so the site drifts from the shop floor.

What we do

What we deliver for heat treatment companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by treatment

A home page, a page for each treatment, a furnace and testing page, part-family notes and a contact page.

Result: A buyer reaches the treatment they need in one step.

  2. A furnace and testing page

A clear listing of furnaces, load limits, quench media, testers and lab links, checked with your supervisor.

Result: The page an engineer opens first.

  3. A trade-specific enquiry form

Fields for grade, target hardness, section, quantity and distortion concerns, linked to the register.

Result: Enquiries arrive ready to quote.

  4. Mobile and speed checks

Testing on a phone with tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons.

Result: A shop-floor visitor can reach you in one tap.

  5. An update owner and routine

A named person responsible for changes to furnaces, treatments and contacts.

Result: The site matches the shop.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these heat treatment companies.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on the structure. If pages can carry treatment detail and the site loads well on a phone, we improve it. Otherwise a rebuild gives a cleaner base.
Should the site show our rates?
A rate depends on grade, section and quantity, so a fixed list misleads. Explain what a quote includes and invite the details instead.
Can we show customer names?
Only with written agreement. Without it, describe part families and the checks run, and leave customers unnamed.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
