Ice cream manufacturers · Local SEO

Show up on the map when someone near your parlour wants a scoop tonight.

Local SEO for an ice cream maker with its own outlets is the work of getting each parlour, counter or factory shop onto the map for people searching nearby. GullySales works on the listing, the photographs and the review replies for every outlet you run.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For ice cream manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search happens on a warm evening, on a phone”

Someone walking out of a cinema or driving home types ice cream near me and taps the first open place. The listing that shows correct closing hours and a real photograph of the counter gets the tap, and the one marked closed gets none.

  • “Each outlet needs its own profile”

A maker with three parlours and one shared listing shows the wrong address to two of the three neighbourhoods. A separate verified profile per outlet, each with its own hours and area, puts the nearest counter in front of the person searching.

  • “Flavour photographs beat logo photographs”

A listing full of the brand logo says nothing about what is at the counter. Photographs of the scoop display, the cone, the sundae menu and the seating answer what the searcher wants to know before leaving home.

  • “A melted-cone complaint is read by the next customer”

A review about a melted cone, a slow queue or a dirty table sits beside your listing for every later visitor. A plain public reply that says what the outlet will do changes how the next reader sees the place.

What we do

What we deliver for ice cream manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One verified profile per outlet

A separate profile for each parlour or counter, with its own address, phone line, hours and service area.

Result: Whichever outlet is nearest the searcher is the one that shows.

  2. Hours that match how the outlet trades

Opening hours, late-evening hours and festival-day changes entered on each listing, so the outlet is not shown as shut when it is open.

Result: The evening search finds an outlet that is open.

  3. Photographs of the real counter

Pictures of the display, the menu board, the seating and the entrance, taken at each outlet, with flavour names in the descriptions.

Result: A first-time visitor knows what the place looks like before arriving.

  4. A menu and flavour list on the listing

Flavours, sundaes, cones and party-tub pre-orders entered in the profile with their names.

Result: The listing answers the question about what is served.

  5. A review request at the counter

A card or a screen at billing with the review link, handed over while the customer is still there.

Result: Recent reviews come from people who visited.

  6. Reply drafts for service complaints

A written reply for each review about melting, queues or cleanliness, which the outlet manager can post.

Result: Each complaint has a public answer under it.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ice cream manufacturers.

  • Regional ice cream makers selling tubs and cups through distributors
  • Kulfi and falooda makers supplying shops and event caterers
  • Natural and fruit ice cream brands with their own outlets
  • Franchise parlour chains supplying scoops and cones
  • Dairy-based makers that also run a parlour counter
  • Makers who supply ice cream bars and sticks to school-gate and beach vendors
  • Institutional suppliers to hotels, hostels and canteens
  • Home delivery and cloud-kitchen dessert brands making their own ice cream

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do our factory shop and our parlours need separate listings?
Yes, if each has its own address, hours and phone line. A factory shop that sells tubs and a parlour that serves scoops are different places to a customer. Check the platform's current rules on shared premises before you add them.
How do we handle a review we think is unfair?
Reply politely with the facts, and invite the reviewer to talk to the outlet. Flagging a review for removal is possible only where it breaks the platform's rules, so check the platform's current rules before relying on that.
Should we list the party-tub order line?
If the outlet takes advance orders, say so in the description and add the phone or WhatsApp line it answers. Only list what the outlet can actually deliver, and keep the details the same on the website.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
