Ice cream manufacturers · Website

Build a site that answers a distributor, a caterer and a parlour seeker in turn.

A website for an ice cream maker is the page set a trade buyer opens after hearing your name, to check your range, your plant and how to order. GullySales works on the structure, the writing and the forms that turn a curious visit into an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For ice cream manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer opens the site to check you exist”

A distributor told about your brand by a friend opens a phone and looks. A site with a plant address, a flavour range and a contact answers in seconds. A site that is a logo and a banner raises doubt instead.

  • “A home page cannot serve four buyers at once”

A shopkeeper, a franchise seeker, a caterer and a household each need a different first screen. A home page that routes each to their own page, with plain labels, serves all four without muddle.

  • “Forms should ask what the team needs”

A form asking only name and number gives the team nothing to prepare with. A form asking for town, buyer type, pack interest and event date lets the reply be specific and saves a call that would have asked the same.

  • “Claims on a food site carry rules”

Words about health, purity, freshness or natural ingredients are regulated advertising. Keep claims to what the plant can document and the label shows, and have your own adviser read them before the page is published.

What we do

What we deliver for ice cream manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by buyer

Pages for distributors, parlour seekers, caterers and institutions, with the range and pack sizes on a separate page.

Result: Each buyer reaches their page in one tap.

  2. A range and pack catalogue

Flavours, formats and pack sizes in readable text and photographs, with a note on which are seasonal.

Result: A buyer can see exactly what you supply.

  3. Plant and cold-chain page

Where the product is made, how it is packed and how it travels, written in plain words with photographs.

Result: The cold-chain worry is answered before the call.

  4. Enquiry forms with the right questions

Separate short forms for distributor, franchise and event enquiries, each landing in your record with the source marked.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with what the team needs.

  5. A mobile-first build

Pages designed for a phone first, tested on an ordinary connection and linked to WhatsApp.

Result: The site works in the buyer's hand.

  6. Content and compliance read-through

Every claim on every page read against the label and your licences before launch, with a list for your adviser.

Result: Nothing goes live that the plant cannot support.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ice cream manufacturers.

  • Regional ice cream makers selling tubs and cups through distributors
  • Kulfi and falooda makers supplying shops and event caterers
  • Natural and fruit ice cream brands with their own outlets
  • Franchise parlour chains supplying scoops and cones
  • Dairy-based makers that also run a parlour counter
  • Makers who supply ice cream bars and sticks to school-gate and beach vendors
  • Institutional suppliers to hotels, hostels and canteens
  • Home delivery and cloud-kitchen dessert brands making their own ice cream

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
Read the old one first. If it can carry the structure and loads well on a phone, fix it. If it cannot, rebuild. We tell you which after looking at the pages, the forms and what the site brought in.
Should we sell online from the site?
Only if you can deliver ice cream cold to the buyer. Some makers do better to link to quick-commerce listings or to take pre-orders for events. We look at your delivery reach before suggesting a shop on the site.
What licence details go on the site?
What your adviser and your regulator require for a food business, such as the licence number where it is needed. Rules differ by state and change, so confirm with your own adviser rather than copying another site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
