Marble processors · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to send the slab, the rate and the lot while the buyer is still deciding.

WhatsApp marketing for a marble processor is the use of WhatsApp to send slab photographs, quotes and lot notes to buyers and masons who already asked. GullySales sets up the business number, the catalogue of stones, saved replies and the record, with the buyer's consent for every message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For marble processors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The mason lives on WhatsApp”

A mason on site sends a photograph to the owner and asks for the same stone. A yard that answers with its own slab photograph and a rate wins the conversation before the next yard has opened the message.

  • “A forwarded rate list goes stale”

A price list passed from phone to phone shows last season's rates and stones no longer in stock. A catalogue with dates and a single place to update it avoids wrong quotes.

  • “Groups are crowded and need consent”

Adding buyers to a broadcast group without their agreement irritates them and risks the number. Ask first, say what you will send, and let them leave easily.

  • “A chat is not a record”

A quote buried in a long chat is lost when staff change phones. Each conversation that leads to a quote must be logged in the CRM with the stone, the area and the next call.

What we do

What we deliver for marble processors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business number and profile

A WhatsApp Business number with the yard's name, address, hours and a short description of the stones you hold.

Result: A buyer sees a yard profile, not a personal number.

  2. Stone catalogue

A catalogue of the stones in hand, each with a full-slab photograph, finish and thickness, kept current.

Result: A mason can open a stone and send it to the owner in a tap.

  3. Saved replies

Short replies for the common questions on rate, delivery, lot, cutting and visit timings, written in plain language.

Result: Staff answer the same question the same way each time.

  4. Consent and opt-out routine

A plain way to ask a buyer if they want updates, and to stop them when asked.

Result: Every contact on a broadcast list has agreed to be there.

  5. Quote on WhatsApp, logged in the CRM

A routine that records each WhatsApp quote with stone, area, lot and next call.

Result: A quote sent on chat is also in the record.

  6. Mason updates

A short message to masons when new stock arrives, sent only to those who agreed.

Result: Masons hear about stock from the yard, not from another yard.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to everyone in our phone book?
Send only to people who agreed to hear from you. Messages to people who did not ask lead to blocked numbers and complaints. Check the platform's current rules and keep a note of consent.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not at the start. The Business app is enough for a single yard with a small team. The API suits larger volume and needs a provider, which we can discuss when your enquiries justify it.
Should the owner or staff answer?
Staff for the first answer, with saved replies and photographs, and the owner for rate and credit decisions. The record should show who replied, so no buyer is asked the same questions twice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
