Material handling equipment manufacturers · Website

Build a site that shows the load, the span and the sites you have served.

A website for a material handling maker is the place where a plant engineer checks whether you build the equipment, at the load and span they need, and whether you have served a site like theirs. GullySales plans the pages, the specification tables and the enquiry form around that check.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Material Handling product collection

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For material handling equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A product list is not a proof of capability”

A grid of photographs does not tell a warehouse manager whether the stacker fits the aisle. Pages with load, lift height, span and the type of site served answer the question the buyer came to settle.

  • “The phone is where the enquiry starts”

A stores head looks up a maker while standing in the bay. Pages that load slowly or force a pinch-zoom lose that buyer. A layout built for the phone, with a call button and a form that accepts a photograph, wins the visit.

  • “References are hard to find on industrial sites”

Buyers want to see where the equipment works. A references page by sector and equipment, with consent from each customer, saves a salesperson from repeating the same list on every call.

  • “The form asks too much or too little”

A form asking only for a name gives the engineer nothing to prepare. One with twenty fields is abandoned. A short form with load, lift height and site type is enough to begin a useful conversation.

What we do

What we deliver for material handling equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Equipment pages

A page for each product line with a specification table, drawing and photographs of installations.

Result: A buyer can judge fit from the page.

  2. References page

A listing of sites served by sector and equipment type, shown with customer permission.

Result: A new buyer sees work like their own.

  3. Phone-first layout

Pages designed for a small screen, with a call button and a photograph upload on the form.

Result: An enquiry can be sent from the bay.

  4. Enquiry form

A short form asking for equipment, load, lift height, location and contact.

Result: Each enquiry gives the engineer something to prepare from.

  5. Service and inspection section

Pages on upkeep, annual maintenance and the process your service team follows, checked by a competent person.

Result: The site shows what follows after the sale.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site publish prices?
For made-to-order equipment, no. Publish what the price depends on, such as load, span and duty, and invite the buyer to send the figures. Your team decides what, if anything, to show.
Can we keep our current site and improve it?
Yes, where the structure allows it. We review the pages, the speed on a phone and the form, then propose which parts to keep and which to rebuild.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
