Medical consumable manufacturers · Social media

Show hospital buyers and distributors a plant they can trust, on the platforms they use.

Social media marketing for a consumable manufacturer means showing the plant, the process and the people behind a product that buyers will never see in a shop. GullySales plans and writes the posts for the platforms your buyers use, with your regulatory team approving each claim before it goes out.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For medical consumable manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer wants to see the plant”

A purchase committee cannot visit every supplier, so a clean production floor, a packing line or a quality check shown honestly stands in for a visit. Plain pictures of real work say more than stock images of doctors.

  • “LinkedIn reaches procurement, not the ward”

Hospital administrators, purchase heads and distributors are on LinkedIn, while nurses are more often on WhatsApp groups and YouTube. One post for all of them reaches none, so each platform has a different job.

  • “A health claim on a social post is still a claim”

A short caption feels casual, but it is advertising of a medical product. A line about safety or performance that was never checked can cause trouble. Every post needs the same approval as a leaflet.

What we do

What we deliver for medical consumable manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plant and process post plan

A set of posts showing production, testing and packing steps with your own pictures, planned around what you are willing to show.

Result: The company page shows the real plant in pictures you approved.

  2. LinkedIn posts for procurement and distributors

Posts about new items, certifications you hold, exhibition visits and distributor openings, written in plain business language.

Result: A purchase head visiting your page sees current news and not a dormant profile.

  3. Short video explainers on item use

Simple clips on how an item is packed, opened or stored, made with your own staff.

Result: A nurse can see how to open and store the item without ringing the plant.

  4. An approval route for every post

A checklist that sends each post past your regulatory head before it is published.

Result: No post goes live without a recorded approval.

  5. A reply guide for comments and messages

Written answers for questions on price, availability and complaints, with a rule for moving them to a call.

Result: Your team replies in one voice and moves a complaint to a private conversation.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for us?
LinkedIn for purchase heads and distributors, and YouTube or WhatsApp for how-to content that nurses watch. We decide the split after looking at who your buyers are.
Can we show hospital customers in our posts?
Only with the hospital's written permission, and some will refuse. Rules on endorsement and advertising differ, so check with your own adviser. We plan posts that do not depend on naming a customer.
Will social media bring orders directly?
Rarely directly. It builds familiarity so that a buyer who later receives your sample or tender already knows the company. We track enquiries that name a post, but we cannot promise orders.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
