Metal forging companies · Website

Build a site where a purchase head finds equipment, grades and certificates in one visit.

A website for a forge is the place where a buyer checks the equipment, weight range, grades and certificates before sending a drawing. GullySales works on the page structure, the technical wording and the route for drawings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For metal forging companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visit is a checklist”

A purchase head or quality head opens the site with questions: what weights, which grades, which certificates, what equipment. A site that answers those in the first screens keeps the visitor. A site that says only quality forgings sends them back to the search results.

  • “Hot work is hard to photograph”

Furnaces and dies do not look like much, and a stock photograph of sparks tells the buyer nothing. A sectioned part, the finished forging beside its drawing and the inspection bench say more. The photographs are of your own shop.

  • “Large drawings need a proper upload”

Drawings arrive as PDFs, images and CAD files. A form that accepts them, asks for grade, weight and quantity, and tells the sender what happens next beats a bare email address. The enquiry then reaches one named person.

  • “The buyer opens it on a phone”

A purchase head or an engineer on a plant visit opens the site on a phone. Tables of grades and weights have to be readable there, and the call and WhatsApp buttons have to work. A site built only for a desktop loses that reader.

What we do

What we deliver for metal forging companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map by product family

Pages for flanges, shafts, rings, auto forgings and valve bodies, plus certificates, equipment and contact.

Result: A structure where each page answers one buyer question.

  2. Equipment and capability page

A page listing the presses and hammers, the weight range, the sizes and the grades, with photographs from the shop.

Result: A buyer can see whether the equipment suits the part.

  3. A certificates and inspection page

A page explaining heat numbers, test certificates and inspection options, with a sample that hides buyer details.

Result: The quality head finds the paperwork view without asking.

  4. An enquiry form for drawings

A form with file upload, fields for grade, finished weight, yearly quantity and end use, and a clear reply route.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the details needed to price it.

  5. A photograph plan

A shot list for the press, the part, the sectioned cutaway and the inspection bench.

Result: A list of images that replaces stock photographs.

  6. A phone-first check

A review of every page on a phone, including tables, buttons and the enquiry form.

Result: Each page reads and works on a small screen.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Valve and flange forgers for oil, gas and process plants
  • Railway and heavy engineering forgers
  • Hand tool and agricultural implement forgers
  • Cold and warm forging units for fasteners and small precision parts
  • Forge shops with in-house machining and heat treatment

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should the first screen say?
What you forge, the weight range, the grades and how to send a drawing. A buyer should know in one look whether the forge suits the part. Slogans can sit lower on the page.
Should we show customer names?
Only with each customer's written permission. Buyers keep their vendor lists confidential. Show the sectors you serve and the parts you forge, and add a name when the buyer has approved it.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
That depends on what exists. If the structure is sound, we add product pages and the certificate page. If it blocks drawings or fails on phones, a rebuild is the cleaner way. We look first, then advise.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
