Modular kitchen manufacturers · Website

Build a site that lets a purchase head compare your finishes, hardware and projects at a glance.

A website for a kitchen factory is the page a dealer, builder or designer checks before a call, and it should show the range, the specification and the projects. GullySales plans the pages, writes the copy and sets up the enquiry forms that route to your sales desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For modular kitchen manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Showroom sites do not serve a factory”

A site built to show kitchen photographs to a homeowner leaves out what the trade wants: board grade, hardware, finishes, module sizes and ordering terms. A factory site needs those answers visible.

  • “Specification should be easy to find”

A purchase head compares three factories side by side. If your hinge make or carcass material is behind a request form, the comparison is made without you.

  • “Dealer and project routes need separate doors”

A showroom owner wants dealership terms and a builder wants a project brief. One generic contact form mixes them, and the reply goes to the wrong person.

  • “Proof beats adjectives”

A page that names delivered projects, with permission, and shows the factory floor does more than a line about quality. If you cannot show a thing, leave the claim out.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure for the trade

A page plan with range, finishes, hardware, projects, dealership and builder routes, agreed before design.

Result: A buyer finds their route from the home page.

  2. Finish and module pages

A page for each shutter finish and module range, with sizes, board, edge treatment and care.

Result: A designer can check a size without phoning.

  3. Dealer enquiry and builder brief forms

Two forms that ask different questions and send to different people.

Result: Each enquiry reaches the right desk with the needed detail.

  4. Project and factory pages

Pages with delivered projects and views of the production line, used only with permission.

Result: A buyer sees evidence of capacity.

  5. Mobile and speed check

A check that the site loads and reads well on the phone a showroom owner will use.

Result: The site works on a small screen.

  6. Analytics and enquiry tracking

Set-up of tracking so each form and call is counted by source.

Result: You can see which pages bring enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website sell kitchens to homeowners?
Only if the factory has its own showrooms. Otherwise the site should send homeowners to the nearest dealer and keep its main message for the trade.
Do we need a catalogue download?
A downloadable range sheet helps dealers. Ask for a name and city before download so the sales desk can follow up, but keep the form short.
Can the site list our dealers?
Yes, with each dealer's agreement. A dealer locator helps homeowners and shows prospective dealers that the factory has a network. Keep it current, or remove it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
