Mould manufacturers · Website

A mould maker's website should let a buyer judge the toolroom without a call.

A website for a mould maker is the place where a product head or moulder checks your moulds, steels, machines and review process before sending a model. GullySales works on page structure, technical detail and an enquiry form that collects what the design team needs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For mould manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plastic moulds is not a page”

One page listing every mould leaves the buyer guessing whether you have built a lid or a bumper. Separate pages by mould type let the buyer find the closest example.

  • “The machine list is evidence”

CNC, EDM, grinders and try-out presses show that you build and test in-house. A bare list of names tells the buyer little. State what each does for the mould and the size range it takes.

  • “Proof must be checkable”

A gallery of moulds with captions naming part type, steel and cavity count lets a buyer compare. Stock images of factories say nothing; photographs of your floor and your moulds do.

  • “The form is the finish”

A buyer who decides to send a model meets a contact form asking for a name and a message. Ask for the model, material and cavity count, and allow files. Nothing else on the site matters if that form fails on a phone.

What we do

What we deliver for mould manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A map of pages by mould type, review process, repair, gallery, machines and contact.

Result: A page list the owner approves before any writing starts.

  2. Mould type pages

Pages with part type, tonnage, steel, cavity counts and photographs.

Result: Each page answers whether you have built something close.

  3. Review process page

A page explaining the design review, with a sample sheet.

Result: A buyer sees what the review delivers.

  4. Machine and try-out page

Each machine named with what it does and the size range it takes.

Result: Capacity can be read and checked.

  5. Enquiry form

A form asking for model, material, cavity count and launch date, with a file upload that works on a phone.

Result: A test enquiry sent from a phone arrives complete.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these mould manufacturers.

  • Mould makers for packaging and thin wall containers
  • Auto interior and exterior component mould makers
  • Appliance and electrical housing mould makers
  • Consumer product and toy mould makers
  • Mould makers with hot runner and multi-cavity capability
  • Mould makers serving medical and lab disposables
  • Mould makers who also offer mould repair and modification
  • Mould makers with in-house try-out machines and small lot moulding

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our customers' names?
Only with written agreement. Otherwise describe the part type and mould. A buyer judges by detail, and your register records which names may be shown.
How many pages do we need?
One for each mould type plus the supporting pages, and no more. Each page needs a reason to exist. Thin pages that repeat each other weaken the site.
Does the site need export information?
If overseas buyers are a target, add a page on standards followed, steel certificates and try-out reports. State only what your records support.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
