Paper manufacturers · Social media

Show buyers the reel, the quality check and the mill floor where they can see them.

Social media for a paper mill means putting the plant, the reels and the quality checks in front of converters, merchants and printers on the channels they use for work. GullySales plans the posts, shoots them with your team and keeps the profile accurate.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For paper manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn reaches the purchase manager and the owner”

A packaging converter's purchase head and a box plant owner read LinkedIn for suppliers. A mill profile with grade posts and plant visits gives them something to forward before they ring.

  • “A reel on the machine tells more than a brochure”

Buyers want to see paper running: the unwind, the roll build and the packing. A short phone video of a finished reel being wrapped and loaded says more than a paragraph about quality.

  • “Merchants share posts in their groups”

A paper merchant who sees your rate sheet on WhatsApp may also forward a grade post to printers. Posts designed to be forwarded, with the grade and a contact line, travel inside the trade.

  • “Hiring posts are marketing too”

A mill that shows its shifts, lab and safety practice looks like a stable supplier. Buyers judge continuity from what they see of the plant, so recruitment posts and plant news are read by the trade as well.

What we do

What we deliver for paper manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile set up for buyers

A LinkedIn page and a YouTube channel with the grades, the mill address and a clear way to ask for a sample.

Result: A profile that tells a buyer what you make before they call.

  2. A grade post series

A planned run of posts, each on one grade, with the use, the specification and a photo from the mill.

Result: Each grade has its own post that a merchant can forward.

  3. Plant and quality-check videos

Short videos of the lab test, the reel wrapping and the loading, shot with your team on a phone.

Result: A library of clips your sales team can send.

  4. Trade-event coverage

Posts from paper and packaging exhibitions and merchant meets, with the people you met tagged where they agree.

Result: Event contacts stay in view after the stall is packed.

  5. A response routine for messages

A rule on who answers direct messages and how the enquiry reaches the register.

Result: No profile message sits unanswered.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform fits a mill best?
LinkedIn for purchase managers and owners, and WhatsApp for rate sharing. YouTube holds the plant videos. A mill does not need every platform, only the ones where its buyers already work.
Do we need to post every day?
No. A steady plan of grade posts and plant clips is better than daily filler. We agree a plan your team can sustain, and we check the platform's current rules before any paid post.
Will social posts bring orders?
They bring buyers to your grade pages and enquiry routes. Orders depend on price, quality and credit. The posts make sure the buyer meets your mill before the rate call.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
