Paper manufacturers · Website

Build a mill website that lists grades and specifications before it shows the machine.

A website for a paper mill is a set of grade pages, a mill profile and an enquiry route that tells a converter or merchant what you make and how to ask. GullySales designs the structure, writes the specification pages and builds the enquiry form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For paper manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The machine photo is not the product”

A buyer wants the grade, the GSM range and the reel width. A homepage that opens on the plant and buries the grades makes the buyer work for the answer.

  • “A PDF brochure hides the specification”

Specifications in a downloaded file cannot be read by search engines or by a buyer on a phone in a hurry. Put them on the page as text and offer the PDF as an extra.

  • “The enquiry form should ask what the sales team needs”

Grade, GSM, quantity, delivery town and the buyer's machine. A form that asks only for a name and a message produces calls that begin with the same four questions.

  • “Trust comes from detail”

Buyers look for the mill address, the lab, the certifications you hold and the quality checks. State only what the mill holds and can show on request, since a buyer may ask to see it.

What we do

What we deliver for paper manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by grade

A homepage, a page per grade, a mill and quality page, a visit page and a contact route.

Result: A site a buyer can move through in the order they think.

  2. Specification tables

Each grade page carries a table with GSM range, BF where it applies, reel widths, shade and finish as your lab states them.

Result: Specifications readable on a phone without a download.

  3. An enquiry form for paper

A form asking for grade, GSM, quantity, delivery town and machine, linked to the register.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the facts needed to quote.

  4. A mill visit page

A page that tells a buyer how to arrange a visit and what they will see.

Result: Visit requests come in through one route.

  5. Mobile and speed checks

A test of the site on common phones and slow connections, with fixes.

Result: A site that opens in the plant office and on the road.

  6. A page-owner list

A note of who updates each page when a specification changes.

Result: Pages that stay in step with the mill's actual grades.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these paper manufacturers.

  • Kraft paper and liner mills supplying corrugated box makers

  • Writing and printing paper mills for notebook and book printers
  • Tissue and napkin paper mills

  • Mills that sell jumbo reels to converters and sheets to merchants

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show rates on the website?
No. Rates move too much for a page to stay right. Show grades and specifications, and give a clear way to ask for the current rate by WhatsApp or phone.
Can the website replace the brochure?
Yes, for the buyer's first look. The page holds the text and the table, and a PDF is offered for buyers who want to print. Keep the two in agreement.
Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on what exists. If the structure is sound, we add grade pages and fix the form. If it is a single page of machine photographs, a rebuild is the better route.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
