Plastic extrusion companies · Social media

Show the line, the stock and the sections so buyers remember your name.

Social media for an extruder is the use of LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook to show what the factory makes to dealers, fabricators and contractors. GullySales works on what to post from the shop floor, which platform suits which buyer, and how a post leads to a stock or sample enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For plastic extrusion companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Nobody follows a factory for its offers”

A feed of rate cards and festival greetings gives a dealer no reason to stop. A short clip of a profile leaving the die, or a loaded truck, shows that the unit runs and ships.

  • “Different buyers sit on different platforms”

Contractors and project heads are on LinkedIn, fabricators watch product videos on YouTube and Facebook groups, and dealers share content in WhatsApp circles. One post sent everywhere reaches none of them well.

  • “Shop floor content needs the owner's permission and a safe frame”

A video can show an unsafe practice, a rival's name on a packet or a customer's stock by mistake. A review of each clip before it goes up avoids a post that has to be removed.

  • “A post with no next step wastes the view”

A viewer who likes a clip has nowhere to go. Each post should carry one clear action, such as asking for a sample section or a stock note for the district.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic extrusion companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built from your own floor

Ideas drawn from the line, the lab, the stock yard and dispatch, sorted by the buyer each one speaks to.

Result: The owner sees a list of posts that can be shot in the factory.

  2. Platform roles for each buyer type

A short note on what goes to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and which are left alone.

Result: Each platform has a stated job.

  3. A shooting guide for the floor team

Plain instructions on framing, sound, safe distance and what must stay out of frame.

Result: A supervisor can shoot a usable clip on a phone.

  4. A caption and call-to-action set

Captions that name the product and size, with one action such as request a sample or ask for dealer terms.

Result: Every post gives the viewer one next step.

  5. An enquiry record from social posts

A line in the enquiry sheet for anything that arrives through a post, comment or message.

Result: The owner can see which posts brought a real enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for an extruder?
It depends on the buyer. LinkedIn suits contractors and project buyers, YouTube suits fabricators, and WhatsApp circles carry dealer talk. The enquiry record shows which platform brings your buyers.
Do we need a full-time person for social media?
Not necessarily. A plan built from what already happens in the factory, shot by a supervisor on a phone, can be kept up alongside other duties.
Can we post customer names and sites?
Only with the customer's agreement. Ask before naming a buyer or a project, and check the platform's current rules for anything you promote.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
