Plastic extrusion companies · Manufacturing

Get your pipes, profiles and sheets asked for by name at the dealer's counter.

A plumbing dealer in a district town is out of 25 mm pipe on a Tuesday. The call goes to the two extruders whose price lists are saved on the phone, and whoever answers first and can load a truck by Thursday gets the order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

A plastic extrusion company melts resin and pushes it through a die to make pipe, profile, sheet, tube or film in a continuous length. Its sales depend on dealers, fabricators and contractors who ask for a brand and a size. GullySales prepares the dealer listings, size-wise catalogues and enquiry records for that line.

The extruder who has no current list, or whose WhatsApp goes unread until evening, loses a customer who may have stocked that brand for years. Extrusion is a continuous process with high fixed running costs, so a line sitting idle hurts. Enquiries arrive from dealers, window and door fabricators, cable and conduit buyers, agricultural drip users and sheet converters, each wanting something different from the same die. If they are answered one by one from a notebook, you cannot see which kind of buyer brings the steady volume.

How buyers decide

How plastic extrusion companies are chosen.

Pipe and profile buyers shop by size, wall thickness, colour and price per kilo or per metre, against a rate the dealer already knows from the last supplier. A new extruder gets a trial lot when the price list is clear, the lengths and tolerances are stated, and somebody replies with stock and dispatch dates.

Where a product carries a standard mark, such as pipes meant for drinking water or electrical conduit, buyers ask whether the unit holds the licence. Rules and marks differ by product and change over time, so your own consultant should confirm what applies to each line before any page states it.

Large buyers, such as contractors on a housing project or a state irrigation scheme, buy through tenders and rate contracts. Small dealers buy on credit terms and a relationship with the sales person. Both have to be handled, and they are not won by the same message.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for plastic extrusion companies.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Dealers phone around and order from whoever replies first”

A dealer short of a size wants a rate and a dispatch date in the same call. If your price list is a three-month-old PDF and the person who knows stock is on the shop floor, the order goes to the next extruder in the contact list.

  • “Every size and colour is on offer but nobody can find the one they need”

The catalogue lists forty items in one long table. A fabricator looking for a particular profile section or a contractor needing a 110 mm conduit cannot tell from the page whether you make it.

  • “Resin prices move and the quoted rate is already stale”

Polymer rates change, and a rate sent on Monday may not hold on Friday. Without a clear way of stating validity and re-quoting, you either lose the order or honour a rate that cuts your margin.

  • “Three big dealers carry the volume and the rest of the market is unknown”

A slow payment or a switch of brand by one of them stops a shift. There is no list of the other dealers in the region, and nobody calls them.

  • “Fabricators and contractors never hear of you”

A window fabricator or a conduit buyer for a building project searches for a profile or a pipe grade and finds distributors and marketplace sellers, not the factory that extrudes it.

  • “Tenders and rate contracts arrive with short notice and incomplete papers”

A project buyer asks for test reports, licence copies and past supply details by a deadline. The documents are scattered across the accounts office and the quality lab, and the submission is late or thin.

What we do

What we do for plastic extrusion companies.

Everything included for plastic extrusion companies.

  1. A size-wise product catalogue buyers can search

Separate pages and a downloadable sheet for each pipe class, profile section, sheet thickness and colour, with diameters, wall thickness, standard lengths and pack quantity stated in one place.

  2. Dealer and distributor listings that are kept current

IndiaMART, trade directory and Google Business Profile entries rewritten around the products you extrude, with real photographs of the line and the stacked stock.

  3. A rate and dispatch sheet for the sales desk

A single sheet that states the price basis, validity, minimum lot, loading point and credit terms, so every enquiry gets the same complete first reply whoever picks it up.

  4. A dealer map and appointment plan

A list of dealers, hardware stores and fabricators by town in the districts you serve, marked for who buys from you, who buys from a rival and who has not yet been approached.

  5. A tender and rate contract document pack

One folder of licence copies, test certificates, factory details and past supply references arranged the way project purchase teams ask for them.

  6. A fabricator and contractor introduction note

A one-page note for window fabricators, electrical contractors and builders that says what you extrude, in what colours and sizes, and how to order a first lot.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by source, product and buyer type
  • First replies that carried rate, validity, lot size and loading point
  • Quotes sent against orders received
  • New dealers appointed by district
  • Repeat orders from existing dealers
  • Tender papers sent complete against asked for

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

Pipe and conduit supply to plumbing and electrical dealers · Window and door profiles for fabricators · Drip and irrigation lines for farm supply dealers · Sheets for thermoformers and signage printers · Rate contracts with builders and project contractors · Export enquiries for profiles and sheets · Colour and size matching for repeat buyers · New dealer appointments in districts you do not yet cover

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what plastic extrusion companies most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Pre-season dealer stocking campaign

A WhatsApp and phone push ahead of the farm irrigation season or the building season, with the sizes and colours dealers run short of, a stock-in-hand note and a loading date.

  • Fabricator profile range launch

Search ads and an email to window fabricators for a new profile section, with a sample offer, section drawings and a plain price per metre.

  • New district dealer drive

Outbound calls to hardware and plumbing shops in a district where you have no dealer, backed by a small catalogue, margin explanation and a first-order scheme set by you.

  • Contractor and builder introduction round

Calls and visits to site purchase heads of builders and electrical contractors, using a short capability note and reference supply sites you are allowed to name.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of plastic extrusion companies, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Plumbing, electrical and hardware dealers

The shops whose counters decide which pipe a plumber picks up. Town by town, they are found through directories and map listings, then called with a script and a price sheet.

  • Window and door fabricators

Workshops that cut and weld uPVC frames. Trying a new profile costs them a cut length and a welding test, so a sample section with its drawing is the way in.

  • Builders, contractors and consultants

Purchase teams who approve a new vendor for a housing or irrigation project, and read licence copies and reference sites before a price.

  • Farm supply and irrigation dealers

Agri-input shops and cooperatives that stock drip lines before the sowing season, in the few sizes and lengths that farmers keep asking for.

  • Sheet converters and signage printers

Thermoformers, printers and fabricators who buy sheet by the tonne and compare makers on thickness tolerance and surface finish.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for plastic extrusion companies

  1. 1

Trace where the volume on each line came from

Which products fill the lines, which dealers and buyers place the volume, and where enquiries are lost between the phone, WhatsApp and the notebook.

  2. 2

    Review the listings and replies

How the factory appears for the products buyers search, how the catalogue reads, and what a dealer receives after an enquiry.

  3. 3

Agree the dealer and direct mix

Dealers against fabricators and contractors, and which districts come first, settled with you.

  4. 4

Build the catalogue, listings and reply sheet

Product pages, refreshed listings, the reply sheet and the dealer call list, written around your sizes.

  5. 5

    Trace orders to source

Each enquiry recorded by source, buyer type and product, so effort moves toward the buyers who reorder.

FAQ

Questions plastic extrusion companies ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do dealers really matter more than direct buyers for an extruder?
For pipes and common profiles, dealers place orders for what they stock. Direct buyers such as fabricators and contractors are fewer in number but order larger lots. Both are worth building, and your enquiry record shows which brings orders you can plan around.
Can you help us state our rates when resin prices keep moving?
A rate sheet can state the price basis, the validity and the date, with a set way to re-quote. You decide the rate; the sheet makes every reply carry the same conditions, so the dispatch desk and the buyer work from the same terms.
Will you write about standards and licences for our pipes?
Only in general terms. Marks and licensing differ by product and change, so your own consultant or testing body confirms what applies. A claim your documents cannot back stays off the page.
We sell through IndiaMART already. Is that enough?
A listing brings enquiries, and some come from price shoppers and resellers. Your own product pages and dealer outreach sit beside it, so that more enquiries come from buyers who reorder.
Should we quote per kilo or per metre online?
Quote the way your dealers already buy: per metre or per piece for pipe and profile, per kilo for sheet. State the basis beside the figure, or leave the figure off and ask for the size and quantity.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and we tell you which applies to you after we have spoken. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
To start, last month's enquiries in any format and time with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
