Plastic extrusion companies · Website

Give dealers and fabricators a site that answers size, finish and terms.

A website for an extruder is the factory's own place to show products, specifications, documents and a way to ask for a rate. GullySales works on product pages by size, a downloadable catalogue, a clear enquiry form and the trust papers a project buyer asks for.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For plastic extrusion companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive with a size in mind”

A dealer or contractor looks for a particular diameter, section or thickness. A site built around company history makes them hunt, and a site built around sizes lets them confirm in moments.

  • “A rate request form that asks too little wastes the lead”

An enquiry with only a name and phone makes the desk call back for details. A form asking product, size, quantity and delivery town lets the first reply carry a real quote.

  • “Project buyers look for proof before price”

A purchase head wants licence copies, test reports, factory details and past supply. A documents page, kept current, answers these before the first call.

  • “Phone-first visitors need a short path”

Dealers browse on a phone. Product pages, a call button and a WhatsApp link must work on a small screen with weak signal, or the visitor goes back to search.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic extrusion companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product pages by pipe class, profile and sheet

Each page with sizes, thickness, colours, lengths and pack quantity, plus an enquiry button.

Result: A visitor confirms a size on one page.

  2. A downloadable size-wise catalogue

A printable sheet matching the site, dated so the version in a dealer's phone is clear.

Result: Dealers can save and share the same catalogue.

  3. An enquiry form built for quoting

Fields for product, size, quantity, buyer type and delivery town, feeding the desk's record.

Result: The first reply can carry a real quote.

  4. A documents and credentials page

Licence copies, test reports and factory details laid out for tender buyers, with only papers you hold.

Result: A purchase head finds the papers without asking.

  5. A mobile-first layout with call and WhatsApp

Large buttons, light pages and a short path from product to enquiry.

Result: The site works on a basic phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does an extruder site need?
One for each product group buyers search separately, plus pages for documents, about the factory and contact. Size tables can sit together on one page.
Can the site show rates?
Only if you want to. State the basis and date beside any figure, or ask visitors for size and quantity and reply with a quote.
Do we still need the marketplace listing?
It remains a source of enquiries. The site is your own place for specifications, documents and dealer information, and the two support each other.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
