Pump manufacturers · Social media

Show the works, the test bench and the installed pump where buyers can see them.

Social media marketing for a pump manufacturer means showing real production, testing and installations to dealers, mechanics, consultants and plant staff on the platforms they open. GullySales works on what to post, for whom and on which platform, and leaves the claims to what your works can prove.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For pump manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A pump photograph says little; a test bench says a lot”

A clean shot of a finished unit looks like every other brand. A short clip of the pump on the test bench, or a site photo of it running at a plant, shows a buyer something a catalogue cannot.

  • “Dealers and mechanics live on video and WhatsApp”

The rewinding mechanic and the dealer in a taluk town watch short videos and forward them. A clip on how to fit or service your pump travels further through them than a polished advertisement.

  • “Consultants look at LinkedIn, not at pump pictures”

A design consultant or plant head reads technical posts and project notes. A post about a completed installation, with the duty described plainly, suits that audience.

  • “Posting without an owner stops after a fortnight”

A page that has no person responsible goes quiet after the first burst. Buyers who look you up find a last post from months ago and read it as a sign of an idle works.

What we do

What we deliver for pump manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A platform choice by audience

A short note naming which platform serves dealers, which serves mechanics and which serves consultants and plant staff, so effort goes where those people are.

Result: Each audience has one named platform and a reason for it.

  2. A shoot list from the works

A list of what to film and photograph on one visit: the test bench, the assembly line, the packing and a dispatched order.

Result: The visit produces a bank of real material to post from.

  3. Installation stories with permission

Short posts on pumps installed at sites, written with the customer's consent and the duty stated as your engineers record it.

Result: Each post has the customer's agreement in writing before it goes out.

  4. A mechanic and dealer video set

Plain clips on fitting, priming and basic fault-finding, in the languages your districts speak.

Result: The sales team can forward a clip when a dealer asks how to fit a unit.

  5. A posting calendar with an owner

A list of posts by audience, with the person in your team who approves and publishes each one.

Result: Every post has a named owner and a date set by your team.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pump manufacturers.

  • Agricultural submersible and openwell pumpset makers selling through dealers
  • Domestic and monoblock pump makers for homes, apartments and small commercial buildings
  • Centrifugal and end-suction pump makers for industrial and process plants
  • Multistage and boiler feed pump makers
  • Effluent, sewage and slurry pump makers
  • Fire-fighting pump set makers supplying to fire contractors
  • Dosing, metering and chemical process pump makers
  • Pump makers with a repair, overhaul and spares business beside new supply

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do industrial buyers use social media at all?
Plant engineers and consultants read professional platforms, for technical and project content. A promotional post draws little response from them, but a clear installation note adds weight when they check your name.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Choose the platforms where your dealers, mechanics and consultants already are, and do those properly. A thin presence on five platforms reads worse than a steady one on two.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
