Pump manufacturers · Website

Build a site that shows the pump, the curve and the sites supplied in one place.

A website for a pump manufacturer is the reference point that dealers, consultants and plant engineers check before they send a duty point. GullySales works on the structure, the technical content and the enquiry form, so the site reads like a catalogue an engineer can use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pump manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is checked before the first call”

A consultant or purchase officer looks you up after hearing your name. If the site shows an unclear range and no documents, they assume the same of the works.

  • “Engineers want data they can copy”

Flow range, head range, materials, standards and a downloadable data sheet are what a technical reader looks for. A page of marketing language gives them nothing to put in a schedule.

  • “The enquiry form decides the quality of leads”

A form asking for name and message produces vague enquiries. A form that asks for fluid, flow, head and site produces enquiries a sales engineer can quote from.

  • “Dealers use it as a reference”

A dealer deciding whether to stock your range opens the site on a phone. Slow pages, tiny text and missing price information send that dealer to a competitor.

What we do

What we deliver for pump manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around pump families

Pages for each family and duty, with a clear route from the home page to the data sheet and the enquiry form.

Result: Any pump family can be reached in a few clicks from the home page.

  2. Family pages with technical content

Range, materials, standards, applications and sites supplied, written with your engineers.

Result: Each page carries data your own engineers have approved.

  3. A document download area

Data sheets, curves, certificates and approvals available as clean files, with a request form for those that need a name.

Result: A consultant can attach your papers without phoning.

  4. An enquiry form that gathers the duty point

A short form with fields for fluid, flow, head, material and site, sending the answers into your enquiry record.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the data needed for a quotation.

  5. A phone-first dealer page

A page with the catalogue, margin enquiry and contact for dealers, built to read on a phone.

Result: A dealer can open, read and forward it from a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pump manufacturers.

  • Agricultural submersible and openwell pumpset makers selling through dealers
  • Domestic and monoblock pump makers for homes, apartments and small commercial buildings
  • Centrifugal and end-suction pump makers for industrial and process plants
  • Multistage and boiler feed pump makers
  • Effluent, sewage and slurry pump makers
  • Fire-fighting pump set makers supplying to fire contractors
  • Dosing, metering and chemical process pump makers
  • Pump makers with a repair, overhaul and spares business beside new supply

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a new website or can you fix the old one?
It depends on the structure. If the pages can be rebuilt around pump families, we fix it. If the platform blocks that, we recommend a rebuild and say why before any work begins.
What does the site need to show to be taken seriously by consultants?
Curves, materials, standards, test certificates and sites supplied, all as readable text and downloadable files. A consultant wants to find these without asking, and a missing paper is read as a missing capability.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
