Special purpose machine manufacturers · Content marketing

Write down how you solved the last odd job, and the next plant head will find you through it.

Content marketing for a special purpose machine builder is project stories, operation explainers and scope notes that show how you think. GullySales interviews your engineers, writes the pieces in the buyer's language and has your team approve every figure before it appears.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For special purpose machine manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A project story answers the question purchase asks”

What was the problem, what did the machine do, who ran the trial and what did the customer accept? A story with those parts is what an engineer forwards.

  • “Failures and changes make a story believable”

A fixture redesigned after the first trial or a gauge changed after a sample shows the buyer you listen. A page where everything went to plan reads as invented.

  • “Explainers win the engineer before the quote”

A plain note on when a servo press beats a pneumatic one, or how a leak test is validated, makes a stranger useful to the reader and puts your name on the problem.

  • “Your engineers are too busy to write”

The knowledge sits with the design lead and project head. Without an interviewer, it stays in drawings and heads, and the website keeps showing a workshop floor.

What we do

What we deliver for special purpose machine manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project story format

A repeatable layout: the part, the manual method, the machine, the trial and the figures the customer has approved.

Result: Each story has the same, checkable parts.

  2. Engineer interviews

A recorded conversation with the designer or project head for each build, turned into a draft you can correct.

Result: Content is built from your people's words.

  3. Operation explainers

Short pieces on one operation, such as tapping or press-fit, written for a plant engineer deciding how to automate.

Result: Visitors find answers to questions they ask.

  4. Scope-and-stages note

A plain description of what is included, what is excluded and how design approval, factory acceptance and commissioning work.

Result: Buyers see the order stages before they ask.

  5. Approval record

A log of who approved each figure, photo and name in a story, and when.

Result: You can show the source of every claim.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many stories do we need?
Start with the operations that bring most of your work. One honest story per operation is more useful than many thin ones, and the set grows as builds finish.
What if the customer will not allow a story?
Write it without the plant name, show your own trial footage and describe the operation in general terms. Never publish a figure the customer has not approved.
Do we give away our design?
No. Fixture details and drawings stay out. Your engineers mark what may be shown, and your own lawyer or IP adviser can advise on protecting a design.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
