Specialty chemical manufacturers · Website

Organise the site around the problems your chemistry solves, with documents one click away.

A website for a specialty chemical maker is a technical reference first and a brochure second. A chemist arrives with a defect, wants to see whether you address it, and wants the data sheet without a barrier. GullySales works on the structure, the product pages and the sample request so the site does that job.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For specialty chemical manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Product codes hide the product”

A list of items by internal code means nothing to a visitor who does not know your range. Pages grouped by application and function let a buyer find the one that matches their process, even on a first visit.

  • “Documents behind forms lose the chemist”

A visitor who must give a name and number before reading a data sheet leaves. Publish the documents you are content to share, and put the sample request where a serious buyer will look for it.

  • “The site must prove it is a real plant”

A buyer who has never heard of you looks for a registered address, a laboratory, certifications you hold and photographs of your own works. Missing or vague details make a purchase team hesitate over registration.

  • “Phones carry the first visit”

Plant staff look at a data sheet on a phone during a trial. Pages and documents that load and read on a small screen are used. A site that only works on a desktop is skipped.

What we do

What we deliver for specialty chemical manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Application-led site structure

A site map organised by industry, process and problem, with product pages beneath each.

Result: A visitor reaches the right grade by describing their problem.

  2. Product page template

A fixed layout for each grade: what it does, where it is used, supplied forms and documents, and a sample request.

Result: Every product page answers the same technical questions in the same place.

  3. Document library

Data sheets, safety data sheets and certificate samples in one readable section, current and named clearly.

Result: A buyer finds the right document without sending a message.

  4. Qualifying sample request

A short request form built into each page, collecting process, current grade and location.

Result: Requests reach your chemist with the detail needed to judge fit.

  5. Company credibility section

A page showing your address, facilities, certifications you hold and the way a sample is handled, with real photographs.

Result: A purchase team can confirm you are a genuine manufacturer.

  6. Phone and speed check

A review of how pages and documents open on a phone, with fixes to the slowest.

Result: Pages and sheets open readably on a plant manager's phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website list prices?
Not as a number, because price depends on grade, volume and terms. Say how a quote is arrived at and invite a request with the application. That keeps price-checkers at a distance and technical buyers engaged.
Can we keep our current website?
It depends. We look at how it is organised and what it says before suggesting anything. If the structure is sound, changing the page content may do more than a rebuild.
What goes on the site about certifications?
Only certifications your company actually holds, with the body and scope as stated on the certificate. Never display one you are still applying for. Check any claim with your own quality head before it is published.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
