Sportswear manufacturers · Website

Give the coach one page to see your kits, check the minimum and ask for a mock-up.

A website for a sportswear manufacturer is the page a coach, organiser or label founder checks before trusting a quote from an unknown unit. GullySales designs and builds it around kit pages, a mock-up request and proof of the work you have done.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For sportswear manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is judged on a phone”

A sports teacher opens your link on a phone, perhaps in a school corridor. Heavy images, tiny size charts and a form with a long list of fields send that visitor back to the chat. The mobile view is the main view.

  • “Visitors look for the minimum set first”

Buyers want to know if a small squad is accepted. When the lowest set is hidden, small teams do not enquire and big buyers doubt you. State it near the top of each kit page, along with the fabric options.

  • “A gallery needs captions that mean something”

A wall of kit photos without sport, fabric or print method says little. Short captions naming what was made, for which kind of team, let a visitor match their need to your work in seconds.

  • “Brand buyers need a separate door”

An activewear founder reading a school-oriented homepage cannot tell if you take private label work. A dedicated page for brands, with machines, fabrics, sampling and smallest lot, routes them properly.

What we do

What we deliver for sportswear manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Kit pages by sport and use

Pages for cricket, football, kabaddi, track suits and event wear with photographs, fabrics and the set size accepted.

Result: A page per sport that a coach can forward.

  2. A mock-up request form that works on a phone

Short fields for sport, quantity, logo upload and date, linked to WhatsApp and your enquiry list.

Result: A form each enquiry flows through.

  3. A brand and private label page

Capability, fabrics, sampling steps and the labels you serve, written for founders.

Result: A page a sourcing manager can read in full.

  4. Size chart and fabric guide pages

Printable chart and fabric notes linked from every kit page.

Result: Guides linked from each kit page.

  5. Technical foundations

Mobile layout, speed, page titles, contact details and enquiry tracking set up correctly.

Result: A checklist of technical items marked complete.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Not at the start. Kits are made to order with logos and sizes, so a mock-up request suits better than a cart. A shop only makes sense for standard stock items, and we assess that with you.
Can we show client names on the site?
Only with the client's permission, kept in writing. Licensed team or league designs carry their own rules, so check with the owner of the design before showing them.
Who updates the pages afterwards?
You can, if we build the pages so staff add a new kit photo and caption without a developer. We train the person you choose, and handle larger changes on request.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
