Sportswear manufacturers · Social media

Let a coach scroll your finished kits and send the photo to the whole team.

Social media marketing for a sportswear unit means showing finished kits, fabric close-ups and the stitching floor where coaches, club members and label founders already spend time. GullySales plans the posts and routes each reaction into an enquiry you can answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For sportswear manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Teams share kit photos with each other”

A club that wears a good jersey becomes your advertisement on the next ground. Photographs of delivered kits, taken with the team's permission, travel through captains and parents far beyond your own followers.

  • “Sublimation work looks best in motion”

A flat photograph hides the print quality. A short clip of the fabric stretching, a collar lying flat or numbers staying sharp shows the quality a buyer would otherwise judge only after paying for a sample.

  • “Instagram and LinkedIn reach different buyers”

Coaches and club secretaries look at Instagram and WhatsApp status. Label founders and sourcing managers look at LinkedIn. One post copied across both talks to neither reader properly.

  • “A like is not a mock-up request”

A kit post with plenty of reactions but no route to enquire leaves the interested coach stranded. Every post needs a clear way to send a logo and a match date, otherwise attention does not turn into a conversation.

What we do

What we deliver for sportswear manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built from your own orders

Posts drawn from kits you deliver, fabric work and the production floor, planned around the tournament and annual-day calendar.

Result: A plan listing each post, its photo and the enquiry route.

  2. A permission routine for team photos

A short message asking the club or school before any photo of their team in your kit is posted.

Result: A saved reply from the club for each team shown.

  3. Short clips of fabric and print

Simple phone-shot clips showing stretch, colour and number sharpness, edited for Instagram and WhatsApp status.

Result: Clips ready to post without a studio.

  4. A LinkedIn introduction for brand buyers

Posts and a profile written for activewear founders, covering fabrics, minimum lots and labels you already make for.

Result: A profile a founder reads before replying.

  5. Reply and enquiry handling

Direct messages and comments on kit posts are routed to the mock-up request flow.

Result: A list of social enquiries and what happened to each.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid promotion on Instagram?
Not at the start. Begin with posts that carry real kits and see which draw enquiries. Paid reach makes sense once a post type has shown it brings mock-up requests, and the platform's current rules on ads apply.
Can we post a rival's kit we copied?
Avoid it. Copying a branded or licensed design can create trouble with the owner of that design. Show kits you made for your own customers, with permission, and check the rules for any licensed team or league.
Who takes the photographs?
A phone with good light on the floor does well to begin. We guide the angles and background, and where the garments need proper shooting we organise it with you so the colours match what you deliver.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
