Sportswear manufacturers · Digital marketing

Put search, Instagram, WhatsApp and marketplace listings to work on the same kit orders.

Digital marketing for a sportswear unit is the combined work of search pages, ads, social posts, marketplace listings and chat that brings team and brand buyers to a mock-up request. GullySales picks the channels that suit your orders and connects them to one enquiry route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For sportswear manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels pull in different buyers”

Search finds coaches and founders with a defined need. Instagram shows work to club members. IndiaMART and JustDial reach purchase-minded buyers. Putting equal effort into all of them spreads a small unit thin and shows no clear winner.

  • “Ads suit the weeks before a tournament”

Searches for jerseys and kits climb as school and college tournaments approach. Ads placed against those searches, pointing to a mock-up form, catch buyers with a date. Outside that window the same spend finds few buyers.

  • “Marketplace listings need real kit photographs”

A listing with catalogue images from a supplier looks like a trader. Photographs of your own finished kits, with fabric and minimum stated, tell a buyer that a manufacturer is behind the listing and invite a proper enquiry.

  • “Every channel must end in the same place”

An ad that opens a page with no form, an Instagram post with no link and a listing with no WhatsApp number each lose the buyer. One mock-up request route, reached from all of them, shows what each channel brings.

What we do

What we deliver for sportswear manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan matched to your orders

A choice of which channels to run first, based on where your past orders came from and what you can serve.

Result: A plan naming the channels, the buyers and the reason.

  2. Search and ad setup around tournament demand

Ad groups by sport and buyer type, linked to the matching kit page and form.

Result: Ads that point to a page built for that search.

  3. Marketplace listing upgrade

IndiaMART and JustDial listings rewritten with your own kit photos, fabric details and minimum sets.

Result: Listings that read as a maker's.

  4. One enquiry route and tracking

A single mock-up form and WhatsApp link, tagged by source so you see which channel brought each enquiry.

Result: A table of enquiries by channel.

  5. A review of results against your starting figures

Enquiries, mock-ups and orders are compared with where you began and the plan is changed.

Result: A written comparison of enquiries and orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What should we spend on ads?
We do not set that for you from guesswork. Start with a figure you are comfortable losing while it is tested, and look at cost per confirmed order. If the numbers support it, you raise it.
Is digital marketing worth it for a made-to-order unit?
Yes where orders arrive as enquiries. A unit that makes to order depends on enquiries, and each route can be traced. We start with what is cheapest to test, and drop what brings no mock-up requests.
Can you manage everything for us?
We can plan and run the channels with you. Photography, buyer permissions and answering enquiries need your team, so we set up the routine and train whoever answers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
